Very professional, called with a recommendation from a neighborhood page, called and about 3 or 4 hours later Alex was at my 🚪 door! Had my laptop 💻 fixed and up and running 🏃‍♂️ in about 25 minutes! I have used Always a Solution for numerous jobs. Most importantly, they were able to get me reliable high speed internet and phone that is super fast when previously I was dealing with Frontier and couldn't get any other provider out to my house (40 plus service calls over two years.) Alex has found me the best computer for my digital scrapbooking and done all the transferring of programs. I recently found Alex in the yellow pages for help with a computer issue with wifi security (I could not reach any providers of our equipments for help at this challenging time!). To make it short, the same day I called and showed up in his office, he cleaned up unhealthy content in our computers. A couple of days later he had his technician come to our home to setup a new router and the accounts. We feel worry free now.

Alex, the owner, came out and gave us a quote for a whole new phone system. Alex was great - responsive immediately when I called and able to come to my house within 24 hours to work on my computer.
