Broke my screen on my phone on Saturday. Gave Unique Geek a call they quoted me a price and said they could fix it. Monday I went in they said 1 hour to fix it was less than an hour, there was no hidden fees, very nice and professional. Will definitely use in the future. My phone looks brand new!!

I purchased a computer from Unique Geek About a month ago. They were more than fair on the cost, and I even had them add in a security system that is far superior to the one I'm using now. I was somewhat concerned about losing files, pictures, ancestry, and so on. They transferred everything without a problem, I didn't lose anything. Gage told me if I have any problems, just give him a call. I live just outside Lakes Of The Four Seasons. It didn't take 15 minutes to get there. Highly Recommend .

Professional but personable. Very nice and friendly. I dropped my computer off and I was asked some basic questions and they called me with a few other questions. The next afternoon all most 24 hours later and they had it fixed. They are holding it for me because I'm out of town right now and will be due to family issues. They said no problem. I'm very satisfied with the way I was treated and the quick service. The connection with the open communication was very welcoming.

I had a very unexpected repair on my Mac that I worried was going to cost A LOT to fix. They got me in the next morning, ordered the part and quoted me a price. Initially, they estimated 4 weeks and my replacement part was going to be used with a slight defect. All of which I agreed to since it would cut my expected cost in half. One week later they called to say it was already to go and with a BRAND NEW part...with no increase in the price! They were fast, accommodating and they did great work. They will absolutely be my go to repair place!

I brought my daughters laptop to add more memory, they charged a decent price and even took the time to explain a few things before I left. When I turned the computer in I explained the need for more memory, he walked me through a few more options available but stated more memory would be the cheaper way to go and didn't push a sale, just gave some options. I'll be bringing my desktop in to have them look at it as it was ruined by a shop in DeMotte.

I went here because I thought they were professional and I even went here after knowing they were $40 per phone more to fix then other place. But after getting one of my 2 note 8 phones back with a cracked back case with no explanation of why and then them blamming me for bringing it in that way, I was not happy! They said I had no proof of it being in perfect condition when I brought it in and their protocol is to make notes of such when it comes in. So the kid taking care of my check out looked that up and he said there were no notes on bad case. I said exactly cause it was in perfect condition

They attempted to charge my 17-year-old son $850 for a computer repair where his screen wasn't turning on. Unique Geek said there was hair and water inside of his computer. He bought a screwdriver and opened it up for himself and all he had to do was reconnect the battery to the motherboard.

The manager was so honest and didn't try to sell me their service when I could have saved money by just buying a new phone! He told me it wasn't worth the investment to fix my iphone 6plus when the screen was being unresponsive. The cost of repair would be between $150-250 with no guarantee it wouldn't happen again (if I dropped my phone too much). I appreciated his honesty and professionalism! I will be referring my friends and family to him

Promised service to recover data from a hard drive within 24-48 hours. Nearly one month later, they let me know they were unable to help. Did not return phone calls, and only gave updates when I drove to the store and talked to them in person. Not upfront about their inability to perform their jobs.
Wish I could give zero stars.

I shattered the lens on the rear camera of my phone. They quoted me $60 but only ended up charging me $50 since I didn't end up needing a new camera. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had to order the lens but the repair only took a half hour once I brought it in. I will definitely use them again if needed (hopefully not though, lol) since the insurance deductible is $200. Highly recommend!!

A bad cord fried my iPhone 6 plus. The "warranty program" with Verizon wanted $199 to replace with a refurbished.....plus, I would lose all my data on the phone (outside of contacts). I had important lists, etc. Anyway, the owner acted like the phone was his own baby that needed attention. He worked his butt off to get it fixed. Plus the price was far less than had I sent it to Verizon AND I got to keep all the important data I needed. This place saved my butt!
