Prestige Homecare is a membership-based property management firm specializing in owner-occupied single family homes. We perform a complete assessment of each home under management, work with owners to plan out a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule, then execute upon this plan. Our focus is on our members' needs.

Prestige Homecare Members are busy professionals who do not have a lot of time to spend on household and property management issues. They prefer to spend their free time involved in leisurely activities and with friends and family. Prestige Homecare solves this problem with our membership-based, property management program which is based on our Three Steps to Freedom.
This program is designed to efficiently educate the homeowner on the condition and value of his/her property and it's related systems. After a detailed assessment phase, homeowners will review these findings with a Prestige Homecare consultant to determine an agreeable maintenance and repair plan for the coming year.
