From whitening to contouring, Carol H. Pham, D.D.S.is equipped to handle all your dentistry needs. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.We will work with an implant specialist to create an implant for a missing single tooth, missing multiple teeth, or replace a removable appliance.

Took my daughter here for cleaning and she instantly felt comfortable. Never been a dentist fan and now she asks me when will she be going back. Thank you Dr. Ma.
Myself and my boys came for a cleaning and never did I felt a dentist did her job. Dr. Carol did a thorough cleaning and felt soo comfortable. Can't wait to come back.

I've been going to this dentistry for over 5 years now. It is always a clean and efficient clinic.
My dentist is Dr. Ma and I couldn't be happier - she truly cares for my well being over gaining more business from me. She continuously gives me tips on good oral hygiene and clearly explains her observations after each check-up, which educates and me and makes me feel safe. Ever since I started going there, I have had only one new cavity. We did have to repair an old filling as well, and I am glad we did - I had an infection under it, which Dr. Ma spotted early on before I felt pain.

Here's my experience. I was looking to be a new patient BUT....
So I needed fillings right?
I called them up
Told them specifically what I needed, I gave her the insurance info....the lady calls the insurance company...
She tells me Insurance wouldn't give them info. I'm like my old dentist got the info from the insurance company , do you want to do a 3 way conf call, or I can fax you my quote.
Then I go why don't you tell me what price you guys charge so I can do the math myself.
She then goes, we don't give prices over the phone.
I'm like can I come into the office

I've been coming here for years, since I was a child. and when I say years, I mean the majority of my life. The majority of my family have been coming here for years as well. As a child I was never really aware of time and what "good customer/client relations" was until now.
I am writing this post not regarding one specific situation but the many visits over time and the experience and way I was treated. This office lacks a sense of urgency when it comes to your time. They tend to do things on their time and their way.

I've been coming here for years. The staff is friendly, the doctors are top notch and they have never ever given me any reason to even think about changing my practice.
Each appointment room is equipped with Direct TV so that you can watch cable television while the doctors are working on brightening your smile.
In addition they offer ortho services as well.
Location is awesome and as a kid I was never afraid to come here as well, in fact I looked forward to it :D

I've come here several times now and have been treated by Dr. Mai. She's fantastic and has put me at ease each time I'm concerned about something. She's very patient at explaining what she's about to do and what you can expect.
The place is clean and each patient seat has a flat screen TV connected to it. That way, you're entertained while you're in there as a patient in the hot seat. My only complaint would be that each time I go, the dental assistant seems to not be using the saliva sucker well while my teeth are being worked on and I'm almost always

The front desk staff always makes sure to call the day before to remind me of my appointment. On the day of my 6 month checkup I informed Tami that I chipped one of my molars. She took the initiative to inform the dentist before I came in. They asked if I can come in a little earlier so the tooth can be examined. Stuck at work, I was only able to come in 15 minutes before my actual appointment.

I love this dental office. All the dentists are great, and know how to make me feel confortable sitting at their chairs!
Now after turning 25 and having to be forced to get my own dental provider, i made the mistake of choosing HMO instead of PPO... i'm not so sure i want to try out the doctor that was chosen for me.. so i think i might just wait until august to be able to change my dental coverage...
and once i do, i'll be back at Dr. Carol's and company! :D

Dr. Carol Pham's office is run by women, with all women dentists, so as a woman, I always feel a sense of empowerment when I enter the place. Girl power, definitely. ;) My usual dentist, Dr. Ma, is really thorough and does a really good with cleanings and fillings. But she was on maternity leave at my last cleaning, so I had Dr. Mai. She was super fast, yet surprisingly thorough, too. My mouth felt really clean (she said I did a good job brushing/flossing, so it was easy for her). So, two different methods, same results. And they don't get mad or cancel on me when I arrive 10 minutes
