Dr. S. Ray Peterson noticed (at a social gathering) a suspicious lesion on left side of my neck in an area that I could not see myself. It was diagnosed as a early stage melanoma (1a). How fortunate was I that he noticed this hard to see lesion, since later stage melanoma can be quite nefarious. There were a couple of treatment options including "deep dig" classical surgery, or Mohs surgery, a discipline Dr. Peterson has practiced for many years. I had the procedure today. I had been coming here for years, back when Lynn was operating the pico sure laser. With her at the helm, I achieved incredible results that restored my skin beautifully. Since she left, I have visited several times with mixed results. The last one happened to be the most disappointing. After using the laser on my face, it left hyperpigmentation! Whoever is operating it (can't remember her name) does not know the correct settings. It IS possible to get the results you want, as I did previously with Lynn, but the latest woman doesn't have the requisite experience on different skin types

Compared Yelp reviews when I decided to have laser tattoo removal done on my 40 year old tattoo. At first I thought I would use one of the many Groupon deals out there. Those "tattoo removal clinics" didn't fare well; on the other hand ERderm had rave reviews. Choice was easy, confirmed as the right decision now that I have been there twice. The staff are extremely accommodating, and they make sure you're aware of the process of tattoo removal. I was very reluctant about getting my tattoo removed, in fear that the laser would not work, but after getting my first session (which hurt like no other) I saw instant results. My tattoo has faded significantly! I've recently had my third tattoo removal session and couldn't be happier with the results!

Prior to visiting ER Derm my tattoo had been treated 10 times with a C6 laser. I should have learned early on that with medical treatments you simply get what you pay for. I was naive and trusted the process but in the end there were limited results and therefore I made the switch to ER Derm.
ER Derm utilizes the PicoSure laser a completely different laser and probably the most advanced. I immediately saw results with the PicoSure laser. I am completely amazed by the entire staff. Scheduling my appointment for laser tattoo removal was an easy process. I spoke with Brianna over the phone and she was very informative and patient with my questions. ER derm was very accommodating when offering a variety of appointments. My first session was quick and the pain was tolerable, I was able to go home right after and ice the area just a little longer. I had my 1st picosure treatment done here over around April 10, 2016. The staff was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to answer every single question and were not too aggressive in getting the procedure done. Got my lips done today. LOVE my results. I got juvederm filler. Had them done once before about a year ago, it actually didn't really wear off but I just personally wanted them a bit fuller. The staff is all very helpful and kind. When getting the procedure they ask you extensive questions about how you want your lips to look, so that you can get the best possible results. Extremely professional and would recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be going back for more.

Dr. Rohaly and the team are great! I have been going there for a couple of years now and only have great things to say. I have been receiving tattoo removal treatments and they are almost gone. Kathy and Kim take great care with each of their patients and make a great team. They always take pictures before so that we can truly see the results. They make sure that there is ample time between sessions for the skin to heal so that there is no scarring. One of my tattoos is completely gone and the other one should be gone in 1-2 more sessions. I have had a few tattoo removal sessions with ER-Derm and I have to say that my experience has been great! The staff is always friendly no matter what time of day I see them. They are always willing to accommodate early mornings for me and will call me if something opens up that I prefer. Dr. Rohaly and his team are amazing! The front office is always professional and friendly the at least 15 times I have been there! I have never had to wait for my appointments either. Dr. Rohaly is extremely friendly, knowledgable, and great at what he does. I WISH he was still a provider for my insurance or I wouldn't be looking for someone else.

Just received my second tattoo removal session ON MY NECK this morning. I can tell you that it is not a painless procedure, but the girls there will do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Very personable, accommodating, and even gave me extra novacain shots to take off the edge, not that I need them ;)

Went here for tattoo removal. PAIN FREE. I received a numbing treatment before hand and I felt practically no pain. I will be back for follow up appointments. My doctor was super nice and friendly! I had heard that tattoo removal was extremely painful beforehand so I came in timid and scared. The doctors told me I might feel a little pain and were super comforting but the treatment went extremely smooth and practically pain free :)
