Preferred Physical Therapy individually tailors a physical therapy program for your specific needs. I've never had surgery before so this is all new to me. But I am forever grateful to the hard work and super friendly staff. They pay attention to detail and take the time to explain specific movements and the benefits of them as well. The front desk is always so pleasant and just an amazing multitasker. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of their services.

Having prior knowledge of Justin and the team over here at Preferred Physical Therapy I was relieved to be referred to them by my Drs.

Full Disclosure. This review is written by my wife who had a full rotator cuff tear and anchors in her bones..... I've had physical therapy before and hated it. They give you some stretch bands, weights, etc. and send you on your way while they spent the entire hour talking to each other. I have resisted any suggestions of physical therapy in the past because of what Baptist Health did to me when I needed help that physical therapy could have helped me with. I love everything about this place! The physical therapist and their assistants are so nice, they are not out to try to get you for tons of money by scheduling you for four to five days a week of physical therapy like some places do, they’re flexible with their schedule. I could go on and on about all the great things about this place! I would definitely recommend!

I used preferred physical therapy for 10 weeks following shoulder surgery. These guys were amazing. They worked around my ever changing schedule to get me in when I could make it there twice a week. They work with you every step of the way (not just your first and last apt like some places). I had an amazing experience with their team and would highly recommend.
