My experience with this company was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. The delivery men on both days where very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. My event started soon on July 4th and my equipment didn’t come until 1250 I had to rush and put everything up. I was rushed by the delivery guy that dropped off the equipment to return and pick up the equipment. He never showed up. Calling to no avail and no answer, phone calls getting forward to voice mail. They claimed they had a flat. It’s been 24 hours since they came to retrieve there equipment. It’s now 4:07pm and they just coming

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to give their child a party to remember. Tycoon party Rental came and set up everything, my won enjoyed the monster truck obstacle course, the game truck the food trucks donut burgers wings fried Oreos and funnel cakes is something my family look forward to at all of our events now. Thank you all so much for your excellent customer service skills, awesome party planning and decor and thank you for your services.
