On behalf of all of us on Wedding Day, thank you and thank you for your wonderful furnishings! The Bubble Miami sensibility made this event very special and unique. The wedding was one of our best ever and Trine, Ryan, and their entire family were totally blown away at their wedding! Just wanted to let you know Bubble has done an amazing job setting up and really trying their best to make the tent look as good as it possibly can.
All of the guys were so nice and helpful. Not once did they complain or show any frustration for being on-site until 9pm. I wanted to say a big thank you for your assistance on the SunLife event that was here on Monday as well as comment on your delivery staff. They were so kind and professional and wanted to make sure that everything looked absolutely perfect before they left.

Working with Bubble has been an incredible experience. From the moment I spoke to my Account Manager, Natieka Green to the detailed proposals, communicative team, accommodation of last minute requests and extra care onsite, Bubble far exceeded my past experiences with any other event rental company. BEWARE and AVOID. If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked Bubble for my wedding tables and chairs about a year ago. Three days before my wedding they call to tell me that the truck that my chairs were on was "stolen". Their only option was to give me other chairs that they had, which I didn't like. I then had to scramble, THREE DAYS before my wedding to find comparable chairs. Once I found chairs, I told them that I was able to secure other ones but they cost a little bit more (only $4 per chair more) and I felt that it would be a show of good faith (and good business) if they

I had the opportunity to work with bubble miami in a wedding that I was coordinating for one of my clients; our beautiful Katy. Since the beginning, this vendor was on time, even before the time specified in our coordination emails.
They worked in a very professional way. The drop of all their inventory very carefully and listen to our instructions as wedding planners. They were very nice and always paying attention to every single indication. They were respectful with the rest of the vendors working in this wedding and share the elevator with them.

I am a national event planner and recently used this company for the 1st & last time. As their staff was friendly, their product was sub par and they really did nothing to rectify the situation. Originally when my order was placed we discussed me personally returning the items to their office to also meet with them and discuss using them in the future. I ordered 11 of the same items....After receiving them: dirty, some broken & uniformed, I obviously had no intention of ever using them again.
