I have lived here for almost 3 years, I honestly would not waste your time or money.. The only reason I am still here is because prices have skyrocketed in Austin area... otherwise I would have moved after the first year of living here..Roaches, gnats and water bugs are just a few of the friends you will have to live with while your Vehicles get vandalized, my fiances vehicle had parts stolen as did my neighbors.. I signed my lease in August 2019 and moved out September 2021 because I bought a house. Living here is convenient, everything is close by. The staff currently is helpful and attentive to the tenants. I enjoyed my stay and the application process was easy. If you decide to make this your home I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did

On-site and GVA Property management is unpleasant to deal with. I turned in my keys for the apartment on the day my lease ended, I was verbally notified a few days later that my move out date was extended without any prior notice. ( I figure that out bc I called them, not the other way around) They blocked my phone number so I cannot resolve the issue with them, GVA never answers the phone or emails. This place has German roaches. My experience at 302 was terrible from beginning to end. To begin, I was rented a dirty apartment. They did not properly flip the apartment and there was old food and trash still living under the appliances when I moved in.Then there was the roaches. My apartment had a severe roach infestation when I moved in. German roaches are the hardest to get rid of. 302 North refused to compensate me for the distress they caused me. I will start with getting bit by insects and having to be taken to ER. My lease was wrong and was promised it would be fixed and now I'm stuck in a year lease. The new management stated the other day that all past management were let go and now instead of the old management fixing it, im stuck in this lease for the rest of it. I bombed my apartment and they bombed it, but I still got bit alot. I didn't stay in the apartment for a month until they fixed it, and its still bad after 10.5 months of living there. I’m Cierra Tate The application process for the move was soo easy the agent that helped me was Ms. Priscilla went above and beyond to help and worked with me she was also very patient during the times I was supper busy she never harassed me to come in she let me do thing on my time she is excellent with communication and straight forward with with all expectations and guidelines!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I was approved for an apartment. I got everything set up and ready for move in. The day before I signed a lease I all the sudden get denied. The chicks in the office act like they dont know anything which is complete BS!! The apartment "manager" if that's what you call her. Would not answer any of… my questions. Keet saying talk to rebecca. Bla bla!! I was told on a friday to wait until monday before they would find out what was going on. 8 am on Monday I txt. No response. I call at 10 am. Tell them who I am get hung up on. Call back then

This place has nowhere to go but up, hopefully! We lived there for 2 + years, and our rent went up from $879 to almost $1100 if we had stayed. That's without any renovations, just old appliances. Went through 3 used ovens, one of them the door fell off. Microwave died, dumpster dove for a workable one from an apartment that was getting re-done… and only then did they replace it (well, install it)! Went through a Texas Summer with no A/C, which they finally did replace! Had a HUGE roach problem! When we moved, they asked for our new address for any move out fees, and I got a bill 3 months

Upon deciding to go month to month in April I go to the office and speak with Christina where we settle on a monthly rate plus a $150 month to month fee. (Side note: this month to month fee is ridiculous and just a way to squeeze even more money out of low income people. Like I said in my last review they are trying to price me out). So a month later and I get a notice on my door to renew my notice... I was shocked, didn't I speak to Christina about this a month ago?
The rate is $999 for a 12 month lease or $999 plus that ridiculous

I would give a zero if possible, but I can't. I would first like to say if you like living with hundreds of roaches this is the place for you!! They are crawling everywhere in my apartment! In my fridge! In my cabinets! In all of my electronics! I have been here for 8 months, and didn't really have a problem with roaches at first. Its starting to get worse and worse. I have put multiple requests in for other maintenance jobs, and no one has come to repair them. I get they're old apartments, but something needs to be done about the roaches.

When I moved in the management was not terrible at all and had no problems with anything in any way. They switched management and the new manager, Lisa Lopez, is very unprofessional and a thief. I had not left my apartment yet and she hadn't even filed it abandoned, yet told me I abandoned it like she can make it a fact and she knows what she was talking about, when in fact, it was not the issue. This apartment and its management company behaves in the most unscrupulous manner that I think I've ever seen. Which I believe truly is been deeply saturated in systemic racism toward minorities. In doing business with them as locators or real estate agents they will do everything in their power after the work has been done to try to find a way to undermine those that have done the work and not pay them.

This place is so awesome theres a lot of nice features awesome huge dog park, its really clean the maintenance does a good work making it clean, its pet friendly they allow any dogs which is awesome, i checked inside the apartment and it looks and feels like a real home and its really spacious, i love this apartment and it was so fast getting it, come see Valeria she does amazing work she will work with you just about any situation

I cannot say how I really feel, as I still have to live here. I will let the change from a 5 star review that was happily posted on yelp for almost 3 years to a one star speak for itself. All the 5 stars are from people who just moved in and don't know any better. I wish I could elaborate, but I cannot at this time. The manager keeps your money, even if you have not signed a lease with her yet. and she will not lift a finger to call you back to offer a refund.... very unprofessional. although I handed her a letter asking for a refund, she wanted to know personal medical information before she would consider giving my almost 1000.00 dollars back. and I still do not have a refund. she has had our money since September 2014...she is a money grabbing thief as far as I am concerned... and other people as well. no care in the world

Tanya placed false credit report information on my report. I paid the bill when I received it. Called her multiple times in which she agreed it was a mistake and to this day it still hasn't been removed. I've called numerous people and requested it be fixed. Don't touch this place, if you don't want false information placed on your credit report.
