SO happy we’re here!!! My husband and I had been looking for a new place for awhile. After seeing many places in the area we toured here and fell in love. The staff is so friendly and always willing to answer any questions. The property is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! I highly recommend, we can’t wait to move in!

We've been here for about 4 months. Overall, I'd say it is a good place to live. The neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. When trash is sitting around after the weekends, they're quick to pick it up and they certainly keep the grounds safe and clean. Upon move in, our place wasn't as clean as I would have expected but we gave it a good cleaning ourselves and it has been smooth sailing ever since. To no fault of management, one slight issue I have is no pantry but otherwise great floorplans!

Been living here for a little over a year now.
The place looks very asethic on the exterior and interior. Staff and matienance are friendly and readily available to you. Complex is in a good location, can make a quick 5 minute trip to the grocery store.. or see a late night movie, within walking distance.

When we moved in, there was paint specks and splatter on the floors and carpet by nearly every painted surface. I still have not scraped up every location. The walls are super sensitive to any kind of contact. We have quite a few scrape marks

After moving in about a month ago, I can share the pluses and minuses. First the pluses.
It's super convenient that trash is picked up 5 days a week. Second, the shower is about the best I have ever used. I love the intensity and the variability of the stream.
Now, the biggest negative. If I get home too late there are no parking spaces left on the front or side of the building and I may need to park a few buildings away. I think in a place like this, every apartment should get at least one designated parking space, and I cannot think of any reason why they're not numbered for each unit.

The property management is absolutely inadequate. We have an electric vehicle and chose this property largely because they offer free charging to residents. For over 7 weeks, we’ve struggled to charge our car at all because there are multiple EVs at the property, 2 chargers, and 1 of the 2 charging areas is constantly blocked by non-electric… vehicles. We’ve been in sticky situations with 50% of the (should be) available chargers being constantly unavailable. We rely on the chargers on site with no other adequate chargers in town. We’ve spoken to the property managers countless

We moved to this beautiful and conveniently located at the end of January 2020. So far the management company staff has been great. Maintenance guys are awesome, they fast and clean after they work. I agree with the noise issue, I hear my neighbors like they were inside my bedroom, very disturbing. But other than that, the place is wonderful and the view of Georgetown country club is breathtaking. We love it here.

The apartments are well appointed; great amenities (pool, gym, dog spa, movie theater, places to grill, to name a few, and a clubhouse (when Covid ever lifts). There are several dog runs on the property, as well dog pick-up stations. Views are beautiful. Premises are well kept, the staff is proactive, the community is quiet and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled speedily. The front office staff ROCKS!!. The Leasing Agents are all about Customer Service, and that does not change when you become a tenant. You'll love it here! (I am a tenant, I have lived here since April 2020).

Moved in during an unprecedented winter storm and the management was efficient, courteous and accommodating. Within 2 hours of turning in my move in check list I had maintenance at my door fixing the one and… only issue on my list. Austin, Brandon and Shayvon have been so gracious during the whole process. The community is BEAUTIFUL and my view overlooking the golf course is stunning!!

I moved here a little while back from the west coast. I must say this place is amazing! The pool is one of my favorite places to hang out, the front staff is Especially kind and helpful, not to mention friendly! The gentleman who helped me was Brandon. He made it feel like home when I came to view the property. It’s location is beyond perfect for my new job and the family absolutely loves our new pad! HIGHLY recommend if you’re needing a new place to set down your roots. May I be the first to say, welcome home, this place is wonderful.
