I called this place to inquire about having a commercial custom sink and dish table made. They said that is something they could do and referred me to Pete. I spoke with him and he said it would take at least six weeks and to email him the measurements. I emailed all of the info and didn’t receive a reply or confirmation that my email was received. I called and he was out the office so I left a message. Days later, nothing. I called again and left another message. Still no response. They should have at least let me know that they couldn’t or wouldn’t take on my project. Very unprofessional

NEVER use Pacific Stainless Products for anything! I dropped off wheels to be powder coated there last Wednesday, the manager told me it should take 3 days for them to finish, the following Wednesday I still hadnt recieved a call back, so I tried calling several times, no answer. I tried emailing the department but I got a message saying the email couldnt be delivered. I left a voicemail asking about the status of my wheels and asked them to call me back. Friday comes along and still no call back, I try several times and finally get ahold of someone, he tells me my wheels should be done on monday

I did not have a working relationship with PSP Powder Coating before being referred to them. I came to them with a very tight dead line and a budget and they delivered in a huge way. Their product was perfect and 2 days ahead of schedule and under budget. I will continue to use them for my powder coating needs and was very impressed with their friendly and fast service.
