The telephone may be the best way to get to know you. Talk to anyone on the team to get connected to the right person, and then let's talk about your job. We promise to get back to you quickly. Or use our online purchase order and attach your drawings to process a new or repeat order. Our online-RFQ will get things started. We'll walk you through what we need to know to get you an accurate quote for your project.
Services
Brydenscot has been leader and innovator in sheet metal manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication services in Inland Empire for over three decades. We partner with our customers from the drawing and engineering phases, right through manufacturing, producing parts and components to our customers' specifications.
No matter how simple or complicated your project is, it's important to you. You are looking for a cost that fits your budget, a turnaround that satisfies your time frame, and most importantly, quality that exceeds your expectations for your company or final customer. If you're the person responsible for making that happen, at times it can seem overwhelming.
If you haven't worked with Brydenscot before, or you're new to the metal fabrication world, you just might have some questions about how all this works, or how we do things here. Here's a quick overview, but give us a call if you have a particular situation that goes beyond this brief explanation. It all starts with an idea, a plan, or solution to problem.
To eliminate a lot of going back and forth, which will save time, money, and frustration in the end, we've put together these online forms which will go to the right people to begin with. Not only will they tell us what we need to give you the most accurate response, they just might remind you of a spec you might not have considered, or trigger another thought or idea.
How do you calculate a part's flat pattern? Add up all the outside dimensions and subtract one bend deduction for every bend 90 degrees or more. Bends less than 90 will require less than a full deduction. See our chart. 3. Should I design parts that require using the mill width of the sheet? When shearing, punching, or laser cutting a part we require room for trimming, squaring, or set-back.

Report
I have been doing business with Brydenscot for 25 years. When I had a idea for my business, I took in a crude prototype and they helped me and have delivered ever since. Their employees are top notch. Even though I am a very small business, they have never treated me as if I was small.
