Chef Marlene Faulkner of Knife and Faulk is so professional, organized, talented, and wonderful to work with! We chose Knife and Faulk to cater small bites to our welcome event for out of town guests the day before our wedding and are so glad we did. Chef Marlene set up video calls for the consultation, worked with our dietary restrictions, ensured that the display of our small bites fit our needs, and assisted with delivery, setup, and take down and could provide warming and display dishes. The food was a hit, and we are glad we chose Knife and Faulk!

Knife and Faulk put together an UTTERLY AMAZING menu, presentation (née, a spectacle of beauty to be seen as well as tasted) for my leadership team. They built the menu, the decor and the entire experience was a grand success. HIGHLY recommend Knife and Faulk if you want a truly classy and unique event. Pro-tip: make sure and request their chicken and waffles :)

What a wonderful experience we had with Knife and Faulk. Celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday with all 16 of us was on track until Covid reared its ugly head. Marlene pivoted and managed to deliver our dinner 3 days later during the busy holiday weekend. The food was great, on time delivery, and dinner went off without a hitch! The family especially loved two of her appetizers: fresh veggies with pimento cheese and the goat cheese and pear crostini. Five stars to Knife and Faulk! We certainly will be calling you again. Chef Marlene did an excellent job with the private dining experience in our home for my husband’s graduation celebration. It exceeded my expectations. Her ability to execute, provide us with fresh food and create an amazing Ambiance and experience was amazing. My family enjoyed the meal and the experience from start to finish. I didn’t have to lift a finger. She literally took care of everything from the dinnerware, table decor and even had to go containers for those of us who were so full off the delicious 3-course meal she prepared. Knife and Faulk provided amazing services to celebrate my parents anniversary and my twin sisters and I birthday through a private dinner service! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and presentation was AMAZING! Marlene took the time to listen to our wants and needs for the special day and brought everything and more on the day! She definitely made our day feel 1st class from start to finish. I told her she’s my go to person from now on!

Marlene was so helpful theough the planning process and was very friendly and professional. We felt as if we were in a 5 star restaurant. The meal was AMAZING!
