My only complaint was that we didn't get the correct tint when we ordered the glass. Not totally their fault. Other than that, the tech was friendly, professional and efficient.

Long story, but had already purchased a windshield for our Jeep Rubicon when I called USA Auto Glass, recommended by our insurance. I was worried about finding an installer for glass purchased elsewhere. Not to worry! Johnny came through big time, and was very kind and helpful! He offered some great suggestions, and arranged for installation at our requested location on the very next non-rainy day! I was driving home from work when a rock hit my windshield. I called my insurance and they connected me to Johnny with USA Replacement Auto Glass. He was extremely kind and helpful and scheduled my appointment for the next morning.

AMAZING SERVICE! Because of a dumb accident, my back window was completely shattered. I had called around a few places and USA was the cheapest! And then, on top of that, their service was great! My 2018 Toyota RAV4 is brand new I've only had the car since November. Wednesday morning I woke up and I had a crack in my windshield. Later that day the crack got even bigger. I called all around San Diego getting quotes for my windshield. Being that it is a newer car the windshield is more expensive because of all the sensors it has. USA Replacement had the best price out of all the companies I called. I was told they would be able to have someone come to me between 12 - 2 pm. I got a call from Efren around 12 pm saying he could be here in about 15-20 minutes. He was here 15 minutes later

Efrem came right when scheduled. Windshield replacement on 2014 Honda Accord sedan took about an hour. Very efficient, clean, and thorough. Price was hundreds below dealer estimate and very competitive with other local auto glass services. Very pleased and it looks great. Highly recommend.

Great pricing, service and same day install. What more can you ask for. I first got crazy quotes from All Star Glass and Safelite for a windshield replacement for my 2015 F150. They wanted $550. So I used Yelp and found Johnny and Efren (installer). Super simple and only $255. Efren made the install fast and easy.

This is what I'm talking about! I had a chip on my windshield for over 6 months now that was delaying to get fixed because I had been quoted by a different place that it would cost almost $600!!! Well yesterday I washed my car and he chip turned into a crack across my entire front. To make matters worse, I'm supposed to go a road trip this afternoon. I called Johnny this morning and told him my situation. Not only did they get the windshield replaced before noon, they did it for $400 less than I was quoted elsewhere. This has made my entire day.

Check it out... USA Windshield Replacement guys not only cut my cost in half, but they came to the parking lot of the body shop & in about 15 minutes installed a sparkling new windshield on the spot! The time to do so was tightly coordinated and the guy that did it for me was super punctual, friendly and professional....BAM! Done.

Great service. Called and scheduled for them to come the next day and installer was prompt and did the job in under an hour. $65+tax for the windshield and $100 for labor. With tax and everything, it was $170. Was very happy with the price and service. Thank you.

Called on a Saturday morning and asked for a quote, the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful even when I told them that I would call back after checking with another shop. I did end up calling back as his quote for my '78 Plymouth Volare Coupe was about $100 less than any other shop and with the added convenience of being a same day service as opposed to the other shops that couldn't schedule me until Tuesday or Wednesday. These guys are AWESOME. I emailed for a quote Tuesday night and within an hour or so I received a response with a quote that was WAY less that anyone else (by about $100). I called at 10 a.m. the next morning to schedule the service and was told they could come out to my house THAT DAY between 11 and 1! Two guys showed up just after 11 and were done with my windshield replacement in about 45 minutes. The quote was 100% accurate - no hidden fees or surprises. Johnny and his team were great to deal with. I called on a Saturday to inquire about replacing my windshield and they were able to replace it later that afternoon. They originally brought the wrong windshield (through no fault of theirs), but realized it before they installed it. They were able to return an hour later with the correct windshield and still get the work done that Saturday afternoon.
I have no complaints and would recommend them to others without hesitation.
