We talked with three different mortgage brokers and chose Chris because he was clearly much more knowledgeable and experienced than the others.
Chris worked at a lightning speed to close our mortgage and kept us informed at every step of the way.

Chris was referred to us by a family friend and we're thankful he was! He's easy to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable from the start. I found Chris by luck on a Google search back in April when I was just coming out of economic hardship forbearance due to Covid-19. Things started to get back to normal and I was afraid due to the forbearance I would never be able to refinance my loan. Interest rates kept dropping like crazy and I wanted to go from 30yr conventional to 15yr conv. He said no worries we can do it just pay for 3 months then call me. So when I called 3 months later he sent me a link to his private site where I could complete the online application and upload the necessary documents. everything was automated and easy

I found Chris to be the best mortgage broker I've worked with. Incredible speed! Got my entire loan approved (in 24 hours) and cleared to close (in 2 weeks), both record time by industry standards since I wasn't a regular W2 profile. I had spoken to other mortgage professionals, even submitted my docs to them, only to get radio silence or terrible rates. When Chris saw my docs he knew how to do it and boom, it was done! I was able to close in 3 weeks when others said 2 months. Would highly recommend Chris if you value speed, communication, and closing.

As a first time home buyer, Chris was great. His posts on an online real estate forum had already helped to educate me on the topic, and so, he was the natural choice when I sought to purchase my first house in the East Bay. Although I did shop around, I found Chris to offer the best combination of fast closing, rate, and communication/transparency. In this market, fast closing and having a lender willing to proactively bat for you are crucial, and Chris is able to hold up his end of the deal. Everything was done via an online platform and docusign, and thus was very convenient for us.
