At One Yoga is a gem on the Mendocino Coast. The studio has a lovely ocean view and feels very warm and inviting. They are stocked with everything you need including mats, blocks, straps, eye pillows, bolsters, and my favorite, yoga balls to really release those tight spots. They offer classes six days a week (closed on Sundays), every morning and most evenings, for beginners to advanced. The owner Justine brings a wealth of knowledge, with a relaxed and nurturing demeanor. If you are looking for a yoga practice that will nurture your body, mind and soul, then this is the place for you.

A fabulous place on the Mendocino Coast to practice yoga, as well as develop your awareness and achieve greater overall health. There are so many wonderful teachers here as well as a variety besides yoga, their offerings include Ayurveda, Astrology and more!
My favorite is the Kundalini yoga classes - if you haven't tried this type of yoga it's a must!

At One Yoga is a lovely, light filled place for yoga. The new location in the Boatyard Center has a view of the ocean, which is quite the treat on a gorgeous North coast day. Justine is the marvelously talented woman who runs the business, teaches classes and also offers Ayurvedic care. She has a calming voice, a nonjudgmental manner and a wealth of knowledge to guide her students through the many types of yoga offerings. Other teachers, like Delphine, are also stellar. Treat yourself to a class while you're visiting or make it a habit if you're a local - you won't be sorry.

Justine is a GEM-- what an incredible yoga teacher! Her academic approach to her class is refreshing and informative. The calmness of her voice along with the force of information allows the mind body connection to flow. This was such a nice surprise while I was visiting for the week in Fort Bragg. I was able to go to her Restorative class twice and felt amazing both times. The studio is small and she is popular so make sure you get there early so there is room for your practice. Namaste PS ask her about a local bodywork therapist and you will also be pleasantly surprised, Kerry is AMAZING!

Had a wonderful Monday morning session while on vacation here in October. There were only 4 of us total, and as the out-of-towner, I still felt totally welcome. Although the practice was great, and Misty really pushed me to go deeper into my poses, the hardest part of this class was actually finding it! A sign outside of the door would have been super helpful, but alas, it was a fun little journey. If I'm ever back in Fort Bragg, I can't wait to come back here.

This place was everything I want a yoga studio to be: warm and inviting, well run, has a great atmosphere, and most of all, awesome classes. My confession is I am plotting and planning a way to get back to Fort Bragg already (just got home from vacation) largely because I'd love to take some more classes with Delphine and Justine. Delphine's vinyasa flow class was wonderful and I left feeling like I had just had a deep tissue massage. Perfection! I took my kids to the toddler class and they had an amazingly fun time (I feel like I got a yoga class out of it too!). My youngest is still

There's all sorts of yoga classes here for every BODY, I wish there were more classes (more class times available) but we always want more ;) Justine the owner is friendly, kind, calm, gives modifications when needed, explanations of poses, and overall is an easy person to talk to and feel comfortable around. I also recently went to Delphine's Core Power Flow Yoga class and absolutely loved it. Both instructors do poses and flows that I have kind of forgotten about over the years.
I recently moved to Fort Bragg and the people in classes have made me feel welcome to their beautiful community

I have taken many, many yoga classes from Justine over the years and have followed her the world over . Justine is a very caring, skilled and compassionate yoga instructor. Every detail from the music she selects, to the environment, to the specific classes she designs is for the pure healing, enjoyment and ultimate satisfaction of the student. I believe she provides the classes to nurture and restore the whole being of the yoga student, beyond the physical. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed and ready to face the world after. Trust me- I've gone to her in my greatest times of need
