Chakra Yoga Awakening is a healing system of Hatha, Tantra, Ayurveda, Sacred Geometry and Vedic Astrology. It presents ancient techniques, designed to stimulate the flow of energy centers along the spine known as chakras, or wheels. It incorporates various forms of yoga including pranayama, mantra, yantra, and mediation in a systematic self study, leading to an in depth understanding of mind over matter.

Services
The Sanskrit word tantra has a multiplicity of meanings, referring to texts and practices that weave threads of connection between texts and lived experiences. They also refer to rituals that enliven our energy body and incorporated it into meditation and other spiritual practices. Tantra utilizes our sensory experiences of living in a body to facilitate transformation, rather than denying the body and its desires as so many traditions do.
As a subset of Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), the science of yantra interprets the inherent mathematical/numeric structures that are the fundamental organization of the Universe - those forms, structures and relationships which also lie deep within the collective unconscious of man.
The "science of being hidden behind form", yantra provides a method by which to know one's self better, to understand one's purpose in life, and to learn to live "in tune" with the cycles of nature, rather than "out of tune" with them.It is no coincidence that many famous philosophers like Pythagoras, Aristotle and Rene Descartes were also mathematicians.

These are incorporated in many asanas. They help to bring your feet and body in line. These sorts of Yoga asanas are particularly helpful in enhancing posture. Standing poses strengthen the legs. These asanas increase suppleness in the hips and lower back. They even strengthen the whole back. They increase the flexibility of the spine and elasticity of the hips, knees, ankle and groin.
The value of breath can be quickly understand by comparing it to the other primary mechanisms that the human body requires to sustain life such as food and water. The amount of time it takes for the body to die if air, water and food are not available reveal the healing power that each one has. As you can see, the level of energy that breath provides the body to keep it alive is incredible.
Take 3 successive breaths and holding the third. Second sequence is similar but taking 5 successive breaths and holding the fifth. Part three is taking 7 successive breaths and holding the seventh. This is what must be done on the first day of the technique. On the second day you repeat this whole sequence 3-5-7, two times.
