Radon is a natural radioactive gas derived from naturally occurring uranium deposits in the earth. Radon is widely believed to be the second leading cause of lung cancer. Therefore, EPA and the Sugeon General recommend testing for radon in all homes below the third floor.

He was referred to us by our realtor, but we also checked his reviews online and we were surprised how positive the reviews were.
So, we placed an inspection request online for the house that we put a contract on with Bayside Home Inspections Company and the report came back a week later.
The review was very detailed and thorough and we asked the seller to do the repair/replace work. He agreed and on the walkthrough inspection we found out the repairs were not done as claimed and the remaining repairs were a lot more than a few days and what the seller was willing to do left a lot to be desired

Very professional and knowledgeable, he knows every hidden place in the house where to look and what to check for.
He did an inspection for the house what we are looking to buy and Jeff found a lot of interesting things what we never even think could be a problem there. He found plumbing and electrical problems, water heater and furnace.
Reasonable price.
He did a Radon test also for that house, he left his equipment there for few days and sent me report with an hourly result .
