A Residential Home Inspection is an examination of a one to two family dwelling home. The inspector will perform a visual inspection of the structure and components of the home to find items that are not performing correctly or are unsafe. If a problem or a symptom of a problem is found during the course of our inspection services, we will include a description of the problem.
The Streamlined 203k Loan is a newer product which was intended to save the buyer or homeowner money by not requiring a 'consultant' for the bid specifications under certain circumstances. It allows a contractor to bid the project provided the work is relatively simple and is less than $35,000 in scope of work.

Aaron was on time for home inspection and very professional and courteous. He explained every detail of what he found, regardless of how much time I needed to fully understand the issue and ask questions. This was my 4th purchased home and Aaron was, hands down, the best and most thorough home inspector. I would highly recommend this company!

Aaron was very thoural, he found mold where we would never had looked, he took pictures of everything and found a list of 30 issues that needed to be addressed. Aaron was the best home inspector I could of ever hired. He is a very thorough and detailed. He takes pictures of everything and takes his time going through the house. He is very knowledgeable. He made buying my house a breeze with the detailed report he typed up. He spent quiet a bit of time at the house which I greatly appreciated. He arrived on time and did not rush.
