My husband made an appointment and brought my car to this shop for tire air leak check.
No issue was found and they adjusted air pressure to spec without charging a cent.
My husband was amazed by this kind of customer service.
Everybody is friendly in this shop. They text you the progress so that you know what's going on. The only thing worth to complain is limit parking; but overall it is a trustworthy shop. They earn our business from now on.

Short and simple. This place makes any type of car service short and painless! I needed a flat repaired and Tony was absolutely great! He was kind, helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. As I sat and waited, I noticed that every single customer was attended and treated with the same level of respect. I'm huge on customer service and Tony sets the bar high for his shop! Had a slow leaking tire so I went to Bruce's Tire. They do all my tire and suspension work on my cars, truck, and boat trailer. Rob took care of the order right away. It was a nail in the sidewall, not a repairable location. Rob hooked me up with 2 new tires at a good price. I was out in an hour.
Highly recommend Bruce's. I've never been disappointed with their products, workmanship, or service.

- This one's for you JD - I had a flat tire on the freeway and was lugging my car towards the exit so I can safely put on the spare. I pulled over, got out my car and a Bruce's Tire truck pulls up behind me. A gentleman name JD got out the truck and offered to put on the spare for me. I was in complete shock, never met someone with such a big heart. The man put on my spare, pumped it, checked the tire pressure and made sure the lug nuts were securely fastened. As an essential healthcare worker I had not had the chance to get my car into the mechanic for a much needed oil change. Thanks to my boyfriend, I found out Bruce's Tire & Auto Service had a great token of appreciation for us front-liners and provided me with a FREE oil and filter change! I called the day after the promotion had ended but they were kind enough to help me out. Juno set up my appointment and provided me with the first morning appointment to get my little commuter going. The staff overall was very friendly, followed COVID19 safety guidelines and the service was quick.

I had a leak In my tire and came to this shop today on the recommendation of my co-worker. I am so happy I did...I met Tony Rivero and what a wonderful guy!
He had my tire patched and was in and out in under an hour. I will be buying new tires soon for my car and will for sure be coming back!

I brought my work truck in for a quarterly preventive maintenance service which entails a pretty detailed inspection. Check and change all fluids, check all lights, check battery terminals, check tires (tire pressure and rotate tires) and check transmission. When I picked up my truck, the invoice stated the tires were rotated but I had marked the tires before I dropped it off. If (as a business) you can't even rotate my tires then what else are you cutting corners on? Needless to say I won't be bringing any vehicles to this establishment. I'm not sure how they got 5 stars, maybe

Update: They have added a new two way texting system. You get a text when you drop off your car. Another when service starts. If there are any issues during the service they will text you complete with photos of the issue. You can approve or or not by text. Once the car is ready they will send you another text to let you know. Excellent system. Available in Fremont now and all locations soon.
And now they have added 3 charging stations with 4 USB ports and 3 outlets.
