I was able set up a convenient appointment. I finished work early the day before and I checked to see if Adams could take me a day early and they slipped me right in.
I had setup which tires I wanted ahead of time so the checkin process was quick and easy. Trevor had everything lined up and he was quick to communicate with me ahead of time. I asked Adams Tirework to check the air pressure in my tires as I was going on a trip. They not only checked the air pressure, but they checked the tires.

I came in simply for a tire patch, and they did a methodical job of checking it out, fixing it, and then test driving the car. After waiting for almost 50 minutes or so, and $30 later, I thought they did a really good job. Driving away, I saw that all my tires were showing the same pressure at 37psi, and I was even more impressed. I think I might come back here for regular service...

First time coming here and I will always come back! I'm that typical girl who always feels uneasy handling anything solo with my car, so this meant a lot that everyone here was very nice and friendly. I worked with Trevor who I think is the owner, but you wouldn't know that since he's super humble.

Place was professional, reliable, and fast. Prices can be about 50$ more per tire. Bought 2 for my 22 inch rims America’s Tires quoted me tax and out the door at $550 and Adams cost me 640$. Complete road hazard warranty for a crazy amount of miles (50k) More then the life of my tires will last but void if you don’t rotate before 5k miles (5,001) and you lose warranty. Recommended if you live in the area. The only qualm I had was my wheel well tire flap had been bent when my tire exploded and was stuck against the tire. I was told it would just rub which was crazy because it was jammed onto

It was amazing service, a good father and son duo I'd say! Trevor messaged me the moment he saw my troubles and assured me that he will take care of it. And when I soon arrived in the morning Bill (the father) showed me some great hospitality, helped me out in the front desk and even tried to help me with the tv in their amazing waiting area. The service was all done by Trevor himself and took at-least 30 mins (tire change) quick and clean service. Highly recommend this place, good people I tell ya!

Had a low tire pressure light. Was concerned about driving around. Waited 30 minutes at another tire shop earlier in the day. They were not able to look at my tire to check it out, so I returned to work. So later I called Adams Tireworx. A pleasant young man answered the call. Although it was close to their closing time, he told me to come on down. He found a little nail deep within the tire. Patched it and refused to take any payment. I will be returning and recommending Tireworx to all. Thank you young man, you made my day!

WOW!!! Is all I can say! Came in to have a tire inspected for repair as it was readily losing air. They repaired it and went over recommendations for replacement as it was definitely time to replace my tires. They also own the automotive place next door (Adams Autoworx). I was so impressed with their customer service and overall professionalism. I arrived with a toddler and 5yo and they went so far as to turn on cartoons and gave them coloring books! It's rare to find such hospitality especially when It comes to kids. The business overall was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Fresh coffee

I actually found Adams Tireworx through TireBuyer.com. Given that they were local to me (Castro Valley) and less than a couple miles from home (along with being fairly priced), I decided to go with them even though they're new to the TireBuyer site. I'm glad I did. Adams Tireworx is an extension of Adams Autoworx, who have been in business for three generations. Trevor Adams contacted me to let me know my tires had arrived with next day shipping, and was able to fit me in the same day for mounting the tires on new rims, balancing, checking/replacing existing failed TPMS sensors, and alignment

- I got a flat tire and called about 6 places and didn't get a call or text back. I sent a message to Adams Tireworx on yelp and got a message back in 5 minutes. When I showed up they immediately called for Someone and they walked out within two minutes. They changed my tire in about 45 minutes, the waiting room was really nice, and had a kuerig. I always appreciate good customer service.

Welcoming and Very Clean Seating area while you wait for your car is being serviced. General Manager Trevor Adams was really nice and Bill the Owner are nice people. Non intimidating gentlemen that won't push you or make you feel like you are in need to purchase something. He's really informative and straight to the point. Unlike other Tire places pushing you and ripping you off unnecessary prices. Reasonable price quotes on sets of tires are a plus. Coming back to do business with them in the near future.
