Our mission at Childcare Associates is to maintain and support healthy and happy children with preventative and therapeutic care during the vital growing ages of birth-18 years. Childcare Associates has been serving the healthcare needs of local children for over thirty years. We work with families to ensure the best possible care for children and help them to grow into healthy and well-adjusted adults.
We strive to raise healthy and happy changes and make lasting and positive changes in their lives. Although starting as a single provider practice, it has now grown to have four board certified pediatricians as well as an advanced nurse practitioner. Our present office is a state of the art facility located in the heart of Danbury, CT.

Services
Severe breathing difficulties (stopped breathing, choking, unable to breathe, turning blue/purple in the lips/face, difficulty breathing bee sting or ingesting food / medicine). Any loss of consciousness, confusion or unexplained strange behavior, bad headache, or vomiting several times after a head injury.

Im surprised with the bad reviews. Unfortunately people usually don’t write a review when they have a good experience. So the bad reviews always have the spotlight.
I want to make sure whoever read this knows that, on my own experience, Childcare Associates is a wonderful place. I bring my two kids there and they are excellent. Dr. Satchi and Dr. Krissy always go out of their way to help us out. I would never go anywhere else.

Critical: Professionalism
My daughter was sent home several times before being hospitalized with Kawasaki's disease. If it were not for our persistence, my daughter could have died. This establishment also violated HIPPA privacy laws and released information without my consent to my daughter's school.

The most unprofessional place of business I have ever been. Every single person working there , from front desk to the doctors themselves, everyone has horrible attitudes. My children were misdiagnosed 2x, the final straw was when the doctor told me my son was going to die of sids for sleeping slightly reclined because of rsv.need copies of your kids records? Be prepared to have to hound them, they will pretend that they didn't get the 800 notices from your new doctor. Or they charge you for them. Check out RTR pediatrics, you will never look back.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Dr. Satchi is unbelievably rude and arrogant. She didn't listen when I would talk to her and made me feel like I was an idiot. I was there one day on a Saturday for a sick appointment and Dr. Mani forgot I was there!!!! It was only because the nurse happened to come into the room 25 minutes later that they realized I was still there! The nurse was shocked that I hadn't been seen yet. The only one I like was the PA Megan. But I would not recommend this practice at all!!!!!

Not sympathetic to children with Autism, my child was mocked by the nurse in charge - she made faces at her and said wahhhh as my child was having a meltdown! My last incident was bc of a mistake on her part about immunizations and a form being filled out- which cost a fee?? This clinic does not cater to their patients needs and I'm happy with my new choice for my children!!!! The doctors are actually great but you can't trust a clinic that allows anyone to work there that thinks they are the final word on your life.

I went to Dr. Satchi and Dr. Mani throughout my childhood and teen years. Now I take my daughter here, they are exceptional doctors! No matter when I call, they will see my daughter that day and not just a nurse or PA, an actual doctor (no offense intended to nurses or PAs). They take their patients very seriously and are the best at what they do.
