They are rude, cold hearted and mistreating the elderly patients. The administrator and DON know what’s going on. When the ladies make complaints how the older CNA’s and LPN’s are hitting and thumping the patients upside they’re head, they lie on them and get them fired sending them home and the administrator plays as if she knows nothing about it. They are abusing these patients and I have contacted Tallassee city watch and the Alabama Medical Board. These ladies are willing to come forth with their story and I will be notifying WSFA.

The most lazy, money hungry, uncaring, not willing to care for your loved ones or help you make an informed/best decision for their care type of nursing home I've ever seen. DO NOT send your loved ones here. It may be okay for out-patient rehab IF your insurance covers it, but otherwise RUN. The admissions/discharge people will start out being super friendly, then very quickly become FULL of rude, unnecessary ATTITUDE. Not even professional individuals, especially the discharge woman who also doesn't know how to return phone calls. And they refuse to give out the state representative number when
