I was nervous about my loved one being in a nursing hme but this facility continues to go over and beyond to ensure that shes comfortable and our questions are answered . Thank you for all that you do and continue to do .

Some nurses are being over worked and under paid. The administration isn’t holding the ones who refuse to do their job to a higher standard. I need a number to corporate office. Talking to the ones inside the facility isn’t working.

My 93 yr old mother was there. It was horrible. Patient reviews are all lies. The reviews are for Medicare to keep paying. If patient did’t show improvements, Medicare would stop paying. It’s a scam. They should be reported.

Absolutely would not recommend. Horrible communication. Horrible care. No regard for the HUMAN LIVES they are suppose to be caring for. My grandmother has be treated so poorly. Her clothes are missing and she was wearing someone else’s dirty clothes when I saw her last. She went 3 months with no bath. It’s a miracle to get anyone on the phone to answer, and when they do they have no clear information. When I couldn’t get any answers trying to call I showed to look in my mother’s window and saw her laying in her bed crying and sweating while her bedside table was nowhere near her to be able

Deserves no stars. Absolutely the worst experience of health care that I have experienced. I had to move my Mother out after less than 24 hours due to a lack of qualified nursing care and a shortage of techs.

They under pay you do not get shift differential another lady and I worked one day of orientation they didn’t cut us a check for that one day I called and the lady said she will email corporate didn’t ask my first and last name so therefore I have to take matters in my own hand it’s not the fact about the check the fact of the matter is you can’t take from people and think it’s ok

My mom had to put her handicapped cousin who is only in his 50's in a nursing home. We chose 1 & things were awful. He didnt want to be there, was talking about how he just wanted to "go home" bc these places are for "old" people. Once we moved him here, he has improved & loves it. They have some great nurses & staff.
