10/10. We were having trouble with our car while we were passing through to get back home to roseburg. They were the only shop I called that would be willing to look at the car to find out what was wrong even tho they were full and closed in an hour. They hooked up a code reader and looked under the hood and were able to find out what was wrong in about 10 minutes. They let us know we could safely drive it back home it just needs an 02 censor. Thank you guys for the help!!

Curt was so professional and customer service oriented. He kept me informed of what needed attention on my car and what could be down later down the road, with an estimate. MSA also delivered my car home, knowing I was sick and had grandson. Wow! That’s customer service! Plus upon completion I received a text message that had a link that I could click on and go directly to the status of my cars inspection WITH PHOTOS!! Who does that!?? MARVIN SMITH AUTO REPAIR!! That’s who.

These boys were patient, and understanding. They were forthright and honest. I always knew the bottom line. The cost on my vehicle was significant. I was able to pay them gradually while they kept my vehicle. By the time I was able to completely pay it off, I realized they had maintained the car in tip top condition. I am so grateful to them and all their hard work. I highly recommend them.
