Two Guys Auto Repair is an excellent choice for brake service. Where we differ from the tire boys that come running, is their shotgun approach to brake repair, replace everything. One thing auto manufacturers do not skimp on is a brake system design and materials. The hydraulic portion of the brake system is extremely reliable.
Not all transmission services are created equal. The method and the materials used varies widely. Drain and fill is the least expensive, provided your trans is equipped with a drain plug that is similar to your engine oil drain. Expect about 40% of your fluid to be changed, so this service should be done more often like every 20K starting at 60K miles.
This is one of the best services we provide. The result is a quieter more fuel-efficient motor that gives you that new car performance. Most clients claim a 3mpg increase after service. The power steering in your car is one of the hardest working systems under the hood. It is also one of the most neglected. We offer two services that are highly effective. Evac and fill at oil change intervals works really well and only adds $9.75 to your oil change. Power steering flush yields great results for cars with more than 60K and no prior service.
The heavier material due to wear finds itself in the bottom of the radiator and coolant galleys of the motor. Once particulate begins to form, it is nearly impossible to remove. We use long-life antifreeze that is factory installed and will provide good protection up to the 60K range. Intervals should be shortened thereafter.

WOW! These two guys are great. They have helped us out several times.Fast, efficient and decently priced. I have brought in my Nissan a couple of times to them as well as my college daughters car and they always save the day. As car trouble happens unexpectedly, they always work with us and accommodate our needs. They never do work without calling and getting the go ahead.They shoot it straight, get it done, and there is always a follow up phone call to check in. Finally, mechanics I can TRUST!!! I'm a woman and feel these places try and take advantage of us. I know a lot about cars and sometimes get estimates just so I know for sure what's wrong with my cars. Simply because I work on my own cars. These guys were honest with me about my breaks. Said nothing was wrong instead of makeing up something just to make a buck. They have integrity and class. Called them at 12:55 wanting my brakes looked at and they were able to fit me in at 2. They took a look and told me nothing needed to be done and explained what they thought caused the sounds I was hearing. They seem like honest people and I appreciated their second opinion. I will go back to them in the future.

I have to say this is one of those rare moments when I pick up my money pit of a car from yet another mechanic in the long line of locals who have tried to take a stab at it, that I felt a noticeable improvement in the mechanics! I was so excited I would describe the vehicle performance As having improved dramatically!!! It drives like butter! Wow SUV not running, towed to shop, Mitch not sure what problem is, replaced coil in distributor, starts great won't run without gas.
Stops the minute you put it in gear. So you make a repair, don't drive the car to make sure it's right? What good is my SUV if it won't stay running? Never called to let me know possible issues or estimated cost of repairs, just made it and then produced a bill for 257.00 what would have happened had I not had that amount in my account???? It ran long enough to go 3 miles grest job :-(

We took our car down their twice and called 4 times and they basically kept saying that they didn't want us to wait for our car to be fixed. Kept telling us we needed to drop it off, potentially overnight (even at 8 a.m.) Just needed the bearings replaced on 1 wheel. Les Schwab ended up doing it in an hour, for a lower price. I prefer to help small business but I've never seen a mechanic so die hard determined to hold the car for more than a day.
