Engroff Catering was an absolute dream to work with! I had chosen another caterer several months earlier for a fine dining party I was hosting April 30th, but due to the other caterer failing to follow thru at the very last minute (8 days before my event) after several months of planning with them, I was forced to scramble to find a caterer.

We used Engroff’s for our wedding on 4/10/21 and couldn’t be happier. Rosie Newman was excellent in communicating with us about our order and details. The staff was friendly and professional, and we appreciated… how they boxed up our leftovers for us to pick up the next day. Everyone absolutely loved the Chicken Cordon Bleu casserole and Italian salad. Definitely recommend to anyone looking!

Attended a wedding this past weekend and was very disappointed in the food and service. I have heard great things about Abouds/Engroffs and they did not live up to what i had heard. The food was ice cold and the chicken was dry. The staff in the line i went through were rude when asking for different portions and would not give people more food when they asked them. They had more than enough food and the wedding party asked everyone to eat more due to attendance was down due to covid. I personally would not recommend this company and personally would not use them.

DO NOT USE THEM! They provided the food through Ramada Inn for our Christmas party. We have used the Ramada Inn for our event and food for the last 4 years and I ur food has always been amazing! Now they use… this place and the food is not good at all!!! We had the buffet. The sliced brisket was so tough, the chicken was mistaken for pork chops because they were so dry and the cherry cobbler looked like soup. No one went back for seconds. It was a huge waste of food and money especially when they charge $27 a head plus a 20% service charge. Our buffet total for 28 people was $990.21. We

Canceled 4 Days Before Event! Unprofessional! I just found out the Charity Event I bought 3 tickets to this Saturday had to be cancelled due to Engroff Catering reneging on their agreement with the Fight 4 Light Foundation. Apparently they didn't think the price of the tickets were high enough for it to be worth it to them even though they had agreed to donate everything in trade for their name being advertised for a month plus tax write offs. How sad and unprofessional! Especially since it's less than 4 days before the event. I'm disappointed and I know this is costing the Charity organization

I got married in March of 2018 and needed a caterer to serve us in Lawrence. Aboud's was the only one to both fit our budget and have delicious food! We enjoyed our free tasting and then it was very easy to work through email to plan out exactly what we wanted. We ended up with delicious empanadas for an appetizer that our guests snatched up quickly and a taco bar with both meat and veggie options (plus ah-ma-zing cheese enchiladas). They even boxed up our leftovers for us. We only just finished the leftovers we froze three months later!

Although they have suggested menus, they will happily mix and match to come up with a menu of your preference
They arrive at the selected time and set up unobtrusively.
While we found their food delicious, nothing can top their Honey Pecan Chicken! Super! We highly recommend their services.

I have sampled Aboud's catering at several State sponsored events. Never great, occasionally "passable", usually just at palatable. This morning I experience the WORST catered breakfast I have ever experienced. It consisted of cubed fried potatoes (ordinary), an egg casserole that was completely unimaginative, (people picked half the ingredients out), scrambled eggs with cheese (from the blandness I suspect they were made from frozen or powdered eggs), biscuits (the only recipe item that was remotely good, but my 7-year-old granddaughter can make good biscuits), bland gravy, RAW

I didn't have a chance to try Aboud's before hiring them for a shower I held. They exceeded my expectations, to say the least! They were incredible. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Aboud's was professional, courteous, and patient with all of my requests. They were even able to create a few of my ideas, even though they weren't available on their menu. All the guests LOVED the food Aboud's created for us. I HIGHLY recommend them!
