Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Well I live here for two years and it was the worst mistake of my life they are infested with bedbugs and expect for u to pay 300.00 every time u Nd them to come spray and the bedbugs been there forever they want tell you about it I moved in and didn’t know about it and had to pay the $300.00 and they still came back the manager tried to charge me again to get rid of the bedbugs the maintenance man walks in ur house when ever he want he walked in on me as I was coming to the door I caught him and his response was well u need to hurry up and answer the door I reported this to the manager and nothing
