Chase helped my husband and I buy a short sale in early 2014. We were reluctant to even think about a short sale after hearing horror stories, but Chase helped coach us through the process and what to expect. The entire transaction was smooth, and we ended up closing within three months of making our original offer (which we expected to take at least six months, based on the average time frame for a short sale.)
