Katie, the designer, was incredible and her jewelry was very unique. The pricing was very good as well and I would 100% recommend this shop. I plan to be back for a visit soon! Every piece is evaluated, to ensure it will be restored to its original beauty. Most repairs can be completed from within an hour to several days, with work done on premises. You must visit Indoxi! They offer beautiful jewelry and a supreme repair service. VJ is the owner and he is the engineer/repairer, while his wife (also the owner) is the designer. A lovely dream team and incredibly nice people! They are also able to do ANYTHING. For example, I brought VJ six tangled necklaces. No other jeweler on the Ave could or was willing to try to untangling it. VJ did it in less than an hour. For an incredibly generous price he untangled my necklaces, cleaned and polished them, cleaned my rings, fixed a broken necklace, and added in a new gold plated clasp. It was such a pleasure

Every time I visit Greenwich Avenue, I make sure to stop by Indoxi! VJ is so friendly, and the assortment is always beautiful. My boyfriend has a ring from them that he wears daily. Recently I went in and asked about moonstones, and although they didn’t have what I was looking for immediately, VJ offered me an amazing deal on a custom ring and necklace! The shipping was included and my jewelry was promptly delivered. Needless to say, I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to returning!

Hi, stopped into this charming shop on Greenwich Ave a few days ago. The jewelry is hand designed by one of the owners, and the owners couldn't be nicer. Beautiful one of a kind designs at a variety of price points, including unique silver jewelry and gorgeous gold and precious stone pieces. We will be back for sure!

A wonderful shop. Everything is handmade and comes with a story. The owners are always friendly and helpful and really put quality and design into every piece. Truly wonderful service and high quality pieces. I wear my bracelet everyday and it’s a perfect unique staple. My family has shopped here too and quickly becoming a go to.

Was able to make it back to this store when I was in town for the Thanksgiving weekend. I love this store. So many creative & unique pieces. The designer was there when I went in so it was great to meet her. I had seen these earrings on the website and decided to treat myself. I'll be back for sure.

I was so happy to come across Indoxi on Greenwich Avenue! While there I got to meet the artist and designer behind the beautiful jewelry Katie. We were visiting Greenwich a few weeks ago and found this great jewelry store. If you like to find jewelry that you won't see on everyone else, this is the place to go. The beautiful jewelry at Indoxi is handmade and designed by Katie. We had the pleasure of meeting her and learned about her talents. She was so helpful and friendly and provided excellent customer service! I bought some lovely earrings and a necklace and have already received many compliments!
