I have been putting off getting some watch batteries changed because my jeweler is in Manhattan and I didn't want to make the drive. After a little bit of research I decided to give Marco's a try. Boy am I glad I did! The kindest, most honest people! Prices were fair and the work was great, even on an expensive hard to change watch battery. If I could give Marcos Jewelers 100 stars I would - I came in here this week after having a terrible experience at Nordstrom SONO to get links taken out of my Fendi watch. After Nordstrom told me to go to Kohls to get the watch adjusted (even though I paid at lot for it AT Nordstrom), I stopped in here because it was near my house.
They are the most pleasant people. They helped me decide how many links to have taken out and had it done within 10 minutes while I waited. I also needed my wedding ring appraised for insurance and Andrew was able to do it for me within just a couple days. I appreciate

I had two rings appraised by Andrew. He was very professional. I did not want to leave my jewelry, so Andrew allowed me to stay, and he completed the appraisal in front of me and explained the entire process. The fee was very reasonable. I would be happy to return to this location for other jewelry needs as well.

I recently bought a watch at Marco Jewelers in Stamford. The customer service is very personal and kind, unlike what you will find at a shopping mall. I was able to buy a Citizen quartz , eco-drive watch, all stainless steel, for about $200. It is as nice as similar watches that cost $5,000 or more. The main differences are that the eco-drive watch keeps perfect time, is solar powered, never needs a new battery, and does not need to be insured as it is reasonably priced, I highly recommend Marco Jewelers.

Brought a few sentimental pieces (both gold and silver) to the store to shine them up and fix missing links. Not only did the pieces shine like never before Annie was nice enough to add a stone or two that was missing. I cannot wait to bring more thank you so much! They are as good as new - very emotional thing to see esp when they were your mothers. ;)

Annie was so nice to work with. She changed my watch battery in 10 minutes. All other jewelers wanted me to leave my watch for a week or more to change a battery! I called first to make sure she has the right battery as could do it today. She was so nice! I highly recommend Marco Jewelers. They also have a beautiful selection of pearl, emerald and amethyst jewelry.

I went in to have links on a ceramic watch taken out. They did it while I waited and when it wasn't small enough the first time, he put links back in and re-arranged others to make it fit! He didn't mind at all having to do it over again for me to make it right.

I needed to get a battery replaced on a Burberry watch that got some condensation, and did not want to deal with Time Zone in the Stamford Mall. Ana Maria was great! Once she opened the watch, she saw that there was evidence of water damage, and potential rust. Before she even put in the new battery, she advised me that most likely that watch will not work and will need a new movement. And she was right. She was not going to charge me for the new battery, but I insisted on keeping it in case the old watch decided to wake up. I will be taking all of my watches to Ana Maria for battery replacement

I inherited a gold charm bracelet from my grandmother. I love it so much it has all these little baby charms on it of most of the grandchildren. There are also charms on it from my Grandpa.
It is the most expensive thing I have ever owned. When a link broke I was so upset and frightened to have it fixed. I did not know where to go. A friend of mine from work recommended Marco Jewelers here. She said I could trust them with the bracelet. They did a beautiful job and I felt so much better. Not a pleasant shopping experience. If you are in the market for a real piece of jewelry, run! Merchandise is extremely limited, I think the catch is they try to sell a "custum" made to order piece. They will show you a mold that consists of something that looks like zip ties. If you aren't satisfied upon creation when it is done, you are SOL. There are no refunds or exchanges. You will have to start over and buy another new ring from them $$$$. Any reputable store will make changes until the customer is happy and satisfied. The only fee that you may incur is if there is a price

My fiance purchased my stone and setting from separate vendors and came to Marco to set and appraise the completed product, for which he paid a large some of money. I've recently moved to Connecticut from California and Yelp has been a great help in finding local businesses. I have a watch with a Swarovski bezel and two stones had fallen out, not knowing a jeweler in town I went to Yelp and found Marco Jewelers. They were so nice and very friendly, I told them I had just relocated to CT and hoped they could repair my watch because I needed it for that evening. After close inspection they told me to give them an hour. I returned and my watch was repaired and looked as good as new. When I asked how much, they kindly said it was on
