This was the best experience that I have ever had at a dentist. The staff were professional and inviting. They ensured that i was comfortable during my first visit there. Dr. Patel was great! He really took the time to explain my x-rays, digital imaging, and thoroughly answered any questions that I had. I've never had a dentist spend that much time with me during an appointment. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Perch Dentistry!

Such a wonderful and pleasant staff and bedside manner. Everyone is so professional and their top knotch equipment finally helped me identify what was causing the pain I have been suffering in my jaw for years. They always explain everything in great detail and take the time to get to know you and your family as patients. I highly recommend this practice!!!

The most detail oriented dentist I have been to and I have been to a lot over the years. Seems to be the latest technology in dental imaging and they literally walk you through your scans and describe what they are seeing and talk about each of your teeth in color on the TV. Kind of a trippy experience seeing that up and close in your mouth. They make sure you understand what is going on in your mouth and what things they are going to keep an eye on. My family is glad we found a good dentist near our new home.

This was my 3rd visit to this dentist. I have never been treated as well by any health care provider as I have been through this Dentistry.
The staff and Dentist are All Top Notch.
Their entire team works together as a Well oiled unit to ensure satisfaction, and each visit has been no exception.
My last visit was a 2 hour process of filling a cavity and prepping my tooth for a crown.
The previous two visits entailed a routine cleaning and X-Rays along with fixing a cap which had came off. This cap was the work of a previous dentist done a few years back out of state.

I’ve never been scared of going to the dentist - but Perch makes me actually enjoy it. The dental care is top notch but so are the amenities. You are given noise canceling headphones, pillow supports to make lying in the chair comfortable, blankets and a welcome gift. Dr. Cua and the entire staff put so much additional effort into making you feel comfortable while in the chair. Also a very seamless and transparent process with insurance and payments. By far the best dentist and dental office that I’ve ever been to.

Best dental experience ever! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The doctor explained my x-rays in detail and offered specific recommendations. The facility was great and very comfortable. The TV w/Netflix and noise cancelling headphones were awesome. I was excited to share my experience with my family who will be going for their first visits soon.

Best dentist visit ever! Visited doctors in London, NY, Chicago and LA. My best experience was in Austin,TX. Deep cleaning assessment, deep cleaning and after care was great by doctor Patel and team. Very warm, welcoming and respectful team. From very start (making appointment) to end (getting first dental care) was the best ever. Already, I have recommended my brother, his wife and my wife for next appointments. Can’t thanks enough for the care!!

I LOVED this whole office. Everything is super lux, and everyone is super nice! I was comfortable and happy the entire time I was here. I've posted a review twice before, but I'm posting yet again, as this is how great I consider this dental office. My family continues to come here and receive the best dental care. Dr. Patel has a very kind bedside manner, thoroughly explains what he's doing, and works with you to come up with a plan to meet your dental needs. I'm VERY picky about customer service, and this dental office ticks all the boxes!

The initial appointment which I made via phone was handled very professionally and it only got better from there. The staff were excellent and made me feel like a valued customer. Royal treatment for sure!!

This has been the best experience I have had for a dentist for both me and my daughter. My daughter had gone to a pediatric dentist and they were not patient at all. She had actually gotten more afraid of the dentist as time when by and never had anything but cleanings done. We had to make a switch. Perch was so patient with her and used state of the art equipment for xray's that the experience is not scary for her. Dr. Patel is awesome with her as are all the assistants. I highly recommend them to anyone. Her experience was so great I switched to them. They have a great payment plan

I was referred to this office by a neighbor and glad I chose this office. The appointment process and new patient forms was EASY to complete online!!! I saw Dr Patel and I was impressed. He was so nice and had a ton of patience with explaining my teeth and procedures. He also sat through the cleaning. I've never seen the dentist sit and clean my teeth with the hygienist before. Clean and beautiful office with the newest technology. Will definitely continue with this office and am sending my husband too.

Everyone was nice there service isnt what I had an issue with, it's the money poaching. I had to put a down payment for my root canal that I had to wait a week for and I was in EXTREME pain (my new dentist didnt ask me for a down payment) I called and begged them to push up my appointment but they wouldn't. I ended up losing my deposit because I had to go to a different dentist because my pain was so bad and needed to get in ASAP. Also they were going to charge me $350 for a signature for sedative pill... my new dentist didnt charged me for their signature and the pill was $1.78 with

We recently moved and needed a new dentist. After reading good reviews of Perch, I decided to give it a try. I made an appt easily online and filled out all of the paperwork before going in. I drive by Perch Dentistry daily and have been looking for a new long term dentist for awhile. I decided to try them out. Their online appt scheduling was easy to use. They contacted me for my insurance information prior to my visit. My first visit was exceptional. They had a special check in process due to covid. These people definitely make you feel right at home! Dr. Patel is great and cares deeply about his patients. Plus, this office is beautiful and clean and has lots of amenities- they give you a goodie bag complete with a shirt, there is a mini fridge with drinks, you can even watch Netflix while they're cleaning your teeth. I cant even begin to explain how thankful I am for finding Perch Dentistry and Dr. Patel. I went into the perch office for an emergency extraction and had the best experience. The office is very easy to find and absolutely stunning. Dr. Patel was upfront on what I should expect throughout my entire procedure. Had a great experience here. We had to change dentists because our insurance changed. I hated leaving our old dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised! Office is very clean and modern. Staff and Dr. were all so friendly and helpful. Our whole family went in at the same time and kind of took over the place, they weren't bothered by it at all! However, if you are going thinking there will be a bird there, you will be disappointed, name has no bird correlation and the bird pic in yelp is not theirs!! regardless of the non bird, we will definitely be back!
