I have been very pleased with the care that my mom has received at Encore at Avalon Park. She moved in there in May of 2017 and it has been a very good experience for her. The caregivers are kind and faithful in caring for her needs. She has been on one of the Memory Care floors and the thing I like best is that they provide activities each morning and afternoon for the residents. She is never left alone in her room. They also did an amazing job of keeping the residents safe during the pandemic. There was no outbreak of Covid there. I believe that Encore has been a Godsend for me and my mom and

Encore is such great place to live compared to others, due to it being located in Downtown Avalon Park. It offers so many conveniences for residents. My experience with Encore has been outstanding, the staff is a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of living.

Encore puts community first. I am local and when I stop by, there are always activities going on for the residents. I know they also get involved with community outreach programs that support volunteerism, philanthropy, and more. I encourage a tour for any family looking for a caring home for their loved one.

Encore at Avalon park has been has truly been blessing for my Family and I! Words can not express enough gratitude that I have for the staff and this facility. There is nothing more challenging Seeing my Dad of 83 year young suffering from dementia and having to leave him some where for some else to care for him. But not only are they giving the treatment that he needs ,my Dad is like Family there. He is treated with Love. But it doesn’t stop with him they are guiding us with the knowledge and assistance to help, love and give the best that we possibly can for our Dad. I will be forever great

Encore at Avalon Park is a beautiful facility. It is very evident from the moment you walk through the doors that the top priority is to provide an "at home" atmosphere for residents and their families. Lots of interactive activities - always something fun going on for the residents to enjoy in a safe and caring environment. Additionally, Encore at Avalon Park is a wonderful community partner to the Arthritis Foundation.

My Dad suffered a seizure and stroke in October 2019. After a couple weeks in ICU he was transferred to a Rehab facility where he was declining. After the Rehab facility told me that he had plateaued and they could not help him anymore I had to move him. I moved him to Encore at Avalon Park on Dec 1st. Before moving there he could not walk or feed himself. Within 2 weeks of being there he started walking with his walker and feeding himself. He loves it there and enjoys the activities. He’s a picky eater but loves the food there. He continues to improve so enrolling him at Encore was the best

I’m so blessed to have Encore as an alliance to assist with my dad. All the assistance they provide is priceless. My dad is doing amazing and the staff, treat him as well as us like family. They take their time with us ( and I always have questions) they are patient and always have a smile on their faces.
