I cannot say enough about John D'Angelo and Brian Miller and their team. I phoned them on a Tuesday morning, they came Wednesday morning, and within about half an hour, they made us an offer. We already had one offer, but theirs was $65K higher! AND they paid closing costs!
It was obvious that Brian and John had done their homework before they came: they know the neighborhood, house prices, etc. The paperwork was handled by Alliance Title, a company they have a relationship with. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly; they made everything easy.

I have used John twice to sell property and both times the experience was wonderful. The first time I sold him a single family home and the second time a condominium.
