The 5 star rating does not do our experience selling and buying a home with Jeremy justice (wish I could go way higher). Beyond his amazing responsiveness and his clear expertise in pricing and negotiating, Jeremy is just an A+ guy, He genuinely cares about you and your goals, and has great relationships with a ton of agents in the area (which made things even smoother!). Jeremy was great to work with! He is responsive to questions, timely with messaging back and forth, and did some great negotiating with the seller's agent to work out some details. He sent me a listing on a Friday afternoon, I saw that house Friday evening, made an offer that night. Sellers waited for more showings Saturday but I made another offer and it was accepted that night. Easy!

Jeremy was fantastic to work with and we are so thankful to have him here in Minnesota! We were first time home buyers with limited knowledge on houses.
