I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I thought the customer service was lacking. Cheap enough price so I figured you get what you pay for. Except I think this place is running some kind of scam. After a long wait, I was ready to leave. I went down the street stopped at 711 and as I came back out I noticed a huge nail in my tire. Funny how the tech failed to notice when doing the rebalance. I turned back around because I can't drive around losing air pressure like that. Frank is really sincere and honest about everything. His prices are difficult to beat especially for the attention to detail he has. It’s not a big fancy shop, but it’s run by people that know what they’re doing and put your car first! He fitted two tires for me, and one of them went flat so he took the tire and did a full check and inspected it for me to make sure I was driving on safe wheels. Thanks again!

I'm local and I just checked it out since my tire blew this morning.. would spend an arm and a leg for tires for my element, but they gave me a really good deal on a used tire. Small world, found a friend Steven works here. Did a great job and would definitely recommend checking it out before going somewhere else.

Imagine having a flat tire in a storm, and all the towing companies, even AAA are unavailable. Fortunately i was in a safe place. Yet This was the predicament i was in. Thank goodness for yelp, cell service and the truly decent hardworking guys at INDEPENDENT TIRES. Angels! In a short time, Frank resolved my issue and didn't charge me an arm and a leg, like all the other companies were quoting. Honest and kind.

He was cheaper then other companies by almost half!!
I went to another shop after getting a qoute from Francisco. They put a tire on and it was to big and it rubbed on my guards.
They ended up referring me back here.
So word of advice. Stop here and get your tires done.. you'll be very happy

I had an AWESOME experience with this company to say the least! My tire blew on my wife's car on Highway one. I called Independent Tires, not only did they come out and get me safely off the road, they gave me a awesome deal on a set of tires. When doing business with independent tires, I Felt as if they treated me like a old friend or even family. We need more business like yours A+++++++++++++
