We also participate annually in cleaning up Lake Waterford Park. NCR Towing & Recovery is staffed 24 hours a day, and drivers dispatched are wreck-master-certified and highly trained.

Look, no one likes having their vehicle towed. But all this stuff about the girl on the phone being rude and them damaging vehicles and expense and stuff. That wasn’t my experience at all. I sent them the pics of my license and insurance and title, scheduled an appointment. The employee showed up on time, and I payed exactly 350$, as they said I would pay. There were no hidden fees or anything. They didn’t even put one of those dumb paint-marker things on my window, which was a nice touch. It was inconvenient, but overall professional. When I first saw that my car was towed, I was frustrated

I was hoping this could have been reasoned out. The parking space which was "supposedly marked reserved" is faded out almost completely except a mark here and there, nothing legible. And you are unable to see this at night because the paint has faded so you would not know. YET THEY TOWED IT at 1am like a scavenger will do.
My son's friend has been going to the same apartment complex for YEARS! And the other day her car was towed (driven by her son) and today we had to fork over $350 FOR NOTHING.
The young man works VERY HARD going to school, work and helping his family BUT there goes money which

Worst experience ever. Towed our son’s car from an accident 2 miles away on a Saturday. They were closed so we couldn’t get the car. We went to look at it and the windows were left open with rain predicted. Said they would put a wrap on it Monday???!!!!!?!!!!

I don't think NCR worth a one star If you ever have a problem with your car or your car need to be towed make sure ncr is not towing your car They are so rude and disrespectful they don't know how to talk to a person or a customer They think they own you and your car They take money as much as they can

My car was towed to their Odenton lot. This towing company only comes out by who they're called by. They don't set the rules and regulations of these apartment complexes, neighborhoods, and businesses. (Who can be a real pain to deal with!) My car was towed for being inoperable when not only 24 hours prior did I just take my battery out to take it to get charged and they put a so-called notice on my vehicle and called the towing company before the timeline was up. It is not the towing company's fault. The gentleman who worked for the towing company was very pleasant. Yes, I wish they didn't charge

My car was towed by this company by my boyfriends apartment complex. Not because I didn't have a visitor pass but because they couldn't see the expiration date due to how it was laying on my dash. When I went to get my car I was met with unprofessional rude women who told me since I'm not the title holder I could only pay in cash which makes zero sense. Rude. Disrespectful. Looking to make a quick buck. Wish I could give zero stars
