We pride ourselves on healing the entire patient through a holistic and individualized approach. Our meticulous care planning helps us ensure that each and every resident receives the best in clinical care, support and unconditional love.

For over 25 years, we have been a staple of health and wellness, serving the members of our community and partnering with our local hospitals like Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, NJ and Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving me a new beginning and a fresh start.
Laurel Bay is proud to have assembled the most highly skilled, dedicated and compassionate team in the healthcare community. Roven has been a part of Laurel Bay since 2001 in various nursing roles before becoming the director of nursing in 2007. The staff & administration in this facility are extremely uneducated and heartless . My family member was over prescribed medication and not taken care of properly because they were not educated or trained to care for someone with Alzheimer’s/ dementia although they stated they were before admitting her. Neither is their visiting doctor.
Do NOT send your loved ones here . We had a terrible experience and unfortunately will never have our mother back because of it. Do not make the same mistake of trusting them as we did.

Laurel Bay Rehab was a pleasant surprise. The nurses, aides and staff are all excellent at their jobs. They work long hours, go above and beyond expectations and help the residents with what they need….every day. HR deserves an extra star for finding such great people to work here. Communication from the various directors was consistent. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. PT/OT and speech therapy were each well organized. The facility was very clean and odorless. Residents were treated with kindness and by name. Should the need arise, I would request Laurel Bay again. I appreciate

Horrible horrible place!!! My mother in law was admitted at 4pm after being transported from Bayshore Hospital, after a two week stay, suffering from mental deficiency. At 6:30pm, my wife received a call from the facility that my mother in law was agitated and wanted to go home. She obviously didn’t have the capacity to make that decision. At 8am the next morning, 16 hours after arriving, we received a call that she was found on the floor of the bathroom, resulting in a broken hip. I called the Administrator, Eli Weiss, to see how this could have happened, and did not receive a call back. I called

3/15/21 I am a relative of a current Laurel Bay resident.
My experiences so far have been as follows... During the admission process of my sister, everyone appeared to be so nice and helpful and full of kind words and caring. But after my sister was admitted, I encountered people lying to me when I made inquiries about my sister. When I called they would put me on hold and then return minutes later telling me they had no information they should have been able to provide. Many times I was told that I was talking to the wrong person and the correct associate was not available to speak with. This

Hi! I work at Laurel Bay Health and Rehab and can say that the staff is amongst the most caring, genuine, intuitive, and friendly group of people I have ever met. The facility has been doing everything they can to keep residents safe during these unwarranted times and also trying to keep residents happy with doing social distancing activities such as painting, starting a book club, “fashion runway shows,” etc. If you are looking for a facility to send a loved one to, reach out to us.

When one of my family members was declining in health, I had done a virtual tour of this facility. The staff all seemed extremely pleasant and supportive of me and my family during this time. The staff alone was one reason why I was 100% certain that this facility would be the one for when we would need it. I suggest everyone who is in a similar situation, to give Laurel bay a shot.

My grandma stayed at Laurel Bay and she had a wonderful experience. The staff at Laurel are authentic and genuine and I felt I knew my grandma was safe, which can be a hard thing to say when entrusting the well-being of a loved one to a facility. They treated her with exceptional care and my family is so happy to have had her there.

I’ve had countless great experiences with this Rehab center. My family member was recently admitted about six months ago and also tells me she really enjoys the staff she interacts with on a daily basis. When I check in with the office, they are able to provide me with adequate information on how my family member is doing in their care, and are very polite and respectful while doing so. Highly recommend 😊

If I could give negative stars I would but let me bring to your attention that there is three DIFFERENT reviews with the keyword death.
My mother died due fully to the negligence of laurel bay over over a year ago and somehow I am still receiving bogus bills from her time there despite the fact that I never received a follow up on her wedding band that was stolen while in care there. I have emails from
Management confirming that her wedding band was last seen in the hands of an employee but it was still never returned to me. The wedding band is the most minor of the issues we had considering

I am an employee at Laurel Bay and love working here. Roven Robinson is the Director of nursing and I have never seen any nurse care for each resident as much as her. Each resident is an individual in our facility not a room number. Our entire nursing staff have real relationships with our residents. You can not find that kind of attention anywhere else. And that is why LB is really a community more than just another nursing home. I am proud to be part of this family!!
