I was in an auto accident, from the second I walked in I was treated with the upmost respect. They honestly care about my well being. The Doctor's are fabulous, They listen and answer any questions I have . I never feel rushed. Also, Oliver the Physical Therapist is absolutely the best, His knowledge is off the charts. Once again he takes his time and always makes sure your comfortable during your session.

G-H-E-T-T-O !!! U don't need active insurance to come here. They don't verify benefits, and they're still paper billing! It's 2020, things are done electronically now. They're clueless. You can get surgery, medicine, physical therapy, all for free. They wont realize they're not getting paid until yeeears later. Then harass you 5 years later for unpaid services, that you had no idea weren't getting paid. They need new management and employees. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and not knowledgable. Your better off treating somewhere else.

This place is a mess. The one doctor is very nice, but the rest of the staff (most) comes off as incompetent. Bad communication between staff, a billing department that has no clue how to handle insurance or even has the slightest idea of what they are talking about- for instance, the guy in the billing department directly conflicts with what the insurance company says (more than once) and when they try to contact him he never answers or returns calls. It has turned into total insanity here. It seems they just want your money and could care less about anything else, even doing there job basics
