The pictures do not look anything like these photos. The beds are not comfy, windows were broke and would not shut without force, window frame was detached, A/C and heating unit did not have a cover and the knob was broke, bathroom had not been deep cleaned ever and had several stains where they’ve never replaced toilet seat since they bought it. They put 0 effort in a nice, comfortable place to stay. Walls are super thin and can hear everything. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

The jetted tub leaks. No hot water in the shower. Bedding was off the street corner dirty No internet. As for the little old all of you speak of, her only words were that it is an old building.
So let's say the building is old and so apparently is the appeal and towns reputation. As for the rest of the town. Stay home!

Fire places she said have been disconnected for years, heat lamp bulb in the bathroom didn't work. The heat and air combo came on for 30 seconds off for 45 seconds then back on repeating this cycle all night with very little difference in the times. Difficult to sleep because of it. Bed was adequate and clean, no odors, bathroom only had 2 of 4 bulbs the vanity light. We were told we would have a river view, instead we were on the end next to the road, and road noise. Helen was wonderful, thank fully we spent only sleeping times in the room.

I need to start with the fact that the whole town was super busy and all of the businesses were under staffed. The motel is a little dated but it had a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was very clean. The woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. The motel is in an excellent location for visiting Helen. My worst complaint is my room is a non smoking room. The room next to me is obviously a smoking room. The rooms are connected by a door. Our neighbors must have been smoking all night. It was almost like they were in my room smoking. We didn't sleep well. That could be a easy fix by making

Room was clean. Bed was good. When I call to see if a room was available the clerk said I only have a SMALL Queen. She was right SMALL. But it was nice. You could see the river stream from our window. I probably would not get that room again because of the price of $177. I'd rather go up to $210 and stay at the Hampton. Property could use a good cleaning . Restaurant food was great.

First, I will begin with saying that the lady at the front desk was very nice and the location is great. Now that I have said that, the room was absolutely terrible. The AC unit that was installed looked like it was put in by Stevie Wonder. A single 2x4 was installed on the bottom of unit and that was all that was holding it in. Also, there was at least 1/4 inch space that you could see daylight through which allowed ants to crawl down and all over sink area. My shower curtain had at least a 1/4 inch of mold at the bottom of it. The light fixtures, if they were there, were very dirty and honestly
