My vehicle needed repair work for a accident that I had. My insurance company was very good about recommending O'Reilly. Not only were they efficient but also kept me informed of the progress. It took a bit longer than expected but I was glad that they were "particular" about attention to detail regarding the way they did the work.

Critical: Quality
The quality of the paint job is subpar. There are bubbles in the paint. The overall quality of the left quarter panel in no where near the quality of the original factory paint. There is a small crease on the upper middle of the left quarter panel. In addition to a few other imperfections.

Progressive selected this location for some repair to my 2019 Ram rear bumper. Customer service was great pre and post work. Only issue was when picking up my truck the bumper wasn’t buffed out like work order stated so looked like no work was completed. Service tech brought it back couple of times to paint department who eventually buffed out the marks.

First I want you to give Angela a raise. Her customer relations are awesome! She has been very patient with me, I’m very picky! She has a sweet disposition and if she was frustrated with me she never let it show. She is knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and has all the answers and doesn’t skip a beat. O'Rielly Collision Center had my truck for a little over 2 months, and throughout that time, I kept in touch with Angela. She kept me updated (weekly or so). They normally don't do such an intense job, but I'm glad they did and I'm satisfied with their work. The repair team did an amazing job in putting my truck back together. I'm sure it was time consuming and challenging. I'm glad they had this challenge as this will expand their already amazing skills (from my point of view). Angela provided dates for parts and progress and what the next steps were. I noticed 1 or 2 issues after I picked-up

I was pretty impressed by the service here at O'Rielly Collision Center. It's a little hard to find but you enter from the Sears side of the lot to get to the office. Because they have an Enterprise on the lot it was extremely seamless to drop my car off and pick up my rental. However, keep in mind you might wait a bit to get helped if you drop it off on a Monday morning. Not five stars because I had to bring my car back because the odometer was turned off, so that was a little irksome, but overall a good experience.
