They Got my vehicle in the next business day for tire install. But they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection of my entire vehicle. It included pictures and explanation of possible upcoming issues. Not pushy at all, just informative and professional. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy and transparent automotive shop. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service. RMF did a full evaluation of my truck. That was included for free with the repair my truck was in for. I was sent pictures of my trucks fluid colors as compared to the color of new fluids. I was updated via text every step of the way during the repair process. RMF Auto was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a repair shop in my 33 years of owning and driving vehicles. I would highly recommend RMF Auto Service.

I prepaid for an alignment I never ended up getting. A year and a half later and they still honored it. Plus they are honest with you and the prices are fair. I've checked online to compare prices even they do really well. Very pleased. Highly recommend for people in the area

These guys saved my bacon. I blew an oil line as I rolled into town. They helped me with a towing service to get my vehicle to them, showed me exactly what the problem was, got the replacement part for me and got me on my way while I watched an Amazon movie on their couch. Top notch folks. 100% honesty and integrity. And again - saved my bacon. Friendly and honest staff. Comfy waiting area.

The tie rod broke on my Ford Focus. The control arm support was badly rusted and broke and the constant velocity joint was damaged to the degree that they had to use a special tool to get it out.
I think they did a good job. The steering is tight now and the car feels much safer to drive. I would recommend this mechanic.

Had engine trouble while traveling. My AAA rep recommended RMF Auto in New Richmond. I was VERY impressed with the level of service received from EVERY employee in the shop. Aaron was great in assessing everything, showing me details, and explaining my options. I left my vehicle in good hands. I received a DETAILED and THOROUGH inspection report that was sent to me. After picking up my vehicle, I received a follow up message asking if everything was ok. You people are top notch with your service. I highly recommend this place!
