I made an online appointment, and got a friend to follow me to Hudson so I could leave my car. When we arrived, we found they were closed that day. Nothing about that on the website. No special hours, closing notice, or call back. I've put up with things like incorrect service and lost appointments before -- everyone makes mistakes -- but this was it for me. I'll be going elsewhere.

I went in for a sound that came from my cars steering wheel, next gen trued to tell me i needed the entire steering rack replaced as well as trying to tell me i needed all of my fluids done. They lied to me openly, After having my steering rack replaced for less than half the price they quoted at a different place a good mechanic noticed that next gen never found the real problem and just told me to replace the rack, the old rack had nothing wrong with it. The sound came from a unlubed rubber boot.. as for the fluids they were all done less than a month before my visit, next gen lies to make money

Had a great experience here in the Fall of 2019. Head gaskets replacements in our Duramax... Since it was a huge job, I researched shops all over the twin cities area and Next Gen didn't disappoint. Worked with Melissa and Cody and felt well informed through the whole process; they helped us identify other opportunistic items to work on. Very responsive to all my questions. They provided us a loaner car through the couple weeks our truck was in the shop. The truck has worked well over the past few months. Great work, i'm grateful to have a reliable truck again during these odd times.

From the owner on down, what a great team of people who work very hard together to make it happen for their customers. I was in a difficult spot during difficult times with major issues with my car but they found a way to make it happen and because of their hard work, my car is still on the road for many miles to come. Melissa at the front desk is so incredibly friendly over the phone and in person. I appreciated the overall car inspection. It was so nice that it could be sent via text message to make it even more convenient. Overall, it was a excellent experience with such nice people!
