I brought my suv in at 8:45am on a Tuesday to get my exhaust fixed. Super friendly! They called me about 30 mins later to let me know what was going on and that it should be ready to be picked up the next day after they ordered the part and gave me an estimate. They then called me a couple hours later at about 12pm same day to let me know it was already fixed and ready to be picked up! (Super nice surprise) Price was exactly the estimate, which was super affordable. Mike then texted me a couple days later giving me his phone number if I had any other issues to not hesitate to let him know. I 1000

I can't say enough about St Croix automotive! This place is excellent. Nick was very awesome in the phone telling what needed to be done. It took a lot for me to bring my car in as it's a 78 nova. I usually do all the work myself so to hand it over to them took a lot of trust. The guys there did an awesome job! If I need repairs on my daily or any of my vehicles I know I can trust them!

They always come in at the price they quote or lower. Last time I was there they had fixed the electric window controlls that had broke on the door and did not charge for it. Just have always treated me right.

Very dissatisfied customer. I brought my car in because it was running extremely rough. Received a call later in the day that it needed six new spark plug wires at a cost of $538. Although the cost seemed high, I authorized the work. Later in the day, I received another call saying the work did not solve the problem. When I picked the car, it ran exactly as when I brought it in. I brought it to the shop to diagnose and fix the problem not throw parts at the problem. Why weren’t the cylinders checked first? As a 70 year old woman with no automotive knowledge, I need to trust the people who work
