Never work for this company management doesnt care about the staff and will back stab you.. Corp doesnt care what happens in the facilities lets the administrators run the building poorly.. Corp will fire you on the spot with no write up or anything. I would never put a family member in there facilities

I Cannot Understand How Another Employee Can Abuse Me, Hit Me, Leave a Bruise on Me. And Im Terminated. And Shes Still Employed in The Kitchen. At First there were No Witnesses. I saw Noone to Defend Me on This Fact. But She Has Lots of Relatives that Came Forward and Obviously Lied about this Incident. I have Pictures of My Bruise. This was The Mclean Care Center in Mclean, Texas. This is Why Relatives should not be Allowed to Work Together. They all gang up on You and Defend the Perpetrator. The DON made a Statement in Front of Me that She - The Morning Cook had Been Out of Hand for a Long Time

I was a nurse at nursing home in Schertz Texas. Was there almost a year when new administrator Sandy Lantz started and it wrnt down hill from there. She is rude disrespectful to nurses and staff. She believes she is never wrong and nurses dont know anything.Not only have i left when a four day notice. Two other nurses are leaving with in a couple of weeks. Its a shame that corporate doesnt listen to staff.

I absolutely love everything about working for this company. Every single person at the corporate level cares about all our residents. Our dietary department is unmatched. Work culture is friendly and inviting. Management cares and wants employees to succeed. I cannot say enough good things about Creative Solutions in Healthcare.

I love everything about working for this company. I have worked in many different settings over my career and I have enjoyed working at a majority of them however to find a company that is so personally involved from the top on down in a rarity and it shows in the care that is provided daily at the facility level.

I am a DON in a Creative Solutions facility and have been with the company about 2 years. Creative Solutions is not the company for you if you are not willing to bring your "A game" every day. It is fast paced, the food is restaurant quality, and customer service is king. All managers and staff are expected to remember why we are here and that it is about the residents so everyone participates in ensuring the resident customer service experience is exceptional. I have the best corporate support I have every had in my 22 years as a DON and that is from the owner down to my administrator. Creative

The staff is wonderful, but we are limited in activities.
The Internet blocks almost everything. I crochet. Most of the free patterns are blocked. I am not allowed to see pictures on Facebook. Most games I play are not allowed to upgrade and they are not playable until upgraded. I have time now to learn to play the dulcimer. I am not allowed to go looking for sheet music of songs to play. We are also not allowed online to check a tv schedule or to read a bible of our choice.
The activities director here is not allowed on sites to find activities for older people with limited movement.
