Dr. Christopher Couzins graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Doane College in Crete, NE, and is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.

In addition to assessing your visual acuity, your eye care provider will test for common eye diseases, assess how your eyes are functioning together, and more. Serious health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure are often first detected during an eye exam. The American Optometric Association (AOA) recommends children have their eyes examined at 6 months old, three years old, at the start of school, and every two years until age 18.

I have very bad eye sight and need a very strong script for my contacts and glasses, I have some other eye issues and Dr. Chris is awesome, he is extremely thorough and he has my full confidence in all of his abilities as a doctor (and he is also a nice person.)
