Very bad experiance with this company. I brought my computer in to have it cleaned of pop ups and left with a computer that shut down every 3-5 minutes, brought it back in and left again with a computer that shut down every 3-5 minutes but now no longer had microsoft word and other applications and half of the songs from my music list were missing. The tech who worked on it was fired because of this incident and others and after writhing a review on Google the owner called me and said they would "make it right" and to bring it back in and he would look at it personally. Still no progress
