I have had the pleasure of working with InsITe Business Solutions for about a year. They are SHOCKINGLY FAST with a response to any question or problem we have. The were able to install a new computer (with all programs, EVERYTHING copied) in hours, gave us a seamless transition to a new file sharing system, recycled any old equipment, prompt replies (phone/email), and just so many more services that I cannot recall every instance!

Choosing an IT company for your business can be one of the most stressful decisions you can make. There are so many of them out there, but none of them have all the traits you want. The service provided by InsITe is nothing short of Outstanding. They are highly responsive, innovative and thorough. Their support staff treats each case as if it's the most important thing they will do that day and do not hesitate to reach out to their colleagues in the event they are posed with a problem they can't personally answer (which is rare).
