What can I say, this is an all around great company. We utilize iServ for managing our networks, supporting MDM, and to install and provide support on our security cameras at our properties. I have to say the staff that we have been working with for years is very knowledgable and cares about delivering results. We have also had very positive feedback on the on site techs that iServ utilizes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This company, although courteous on the phone, is unreliable, frustrating to deal with, and tactless. We have had IServ for a little over a year now and so far every issue that we have had has taken days if not weeks or months to fix. Customer service shuffles you from one person to another, and although polite on the phone seem to have very little concern for any issues you might be experiencing. If you are looking for an IT company, do not use this company.

I have been using Iserv for managed services, cloud services, and fiber optic Internet circuits for the past few years. The people there are friendly and professional, and they provide support 24/7/365. I highly recommend them to others in the West Michigan area, who are looking for I.T. services and support.

Over all have been pretty satisfied with iServe. there have been a few glitches here and there but generally was pleased with the internet but had too many problems with the phone service so cancelled it. my housemate on the 3rd floor has not been as happy with Xfinity. i would consider using them again for internet.
