Norco Trailers is simply the best. I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism I found with my every interaction with the team at Norco. I was drawn to Norco for those very qualities after I felt manipulated and pressured by Trailers Plus down in Lakeside.
Norco Trailers made me (and my rather hairy dog) feel welcome and part of the family. They walked me through every step, every decision and answered every one of my tedious questions. Norco even helped pull my loan away from Trailers Plus to end up in a successful purchase.

Had a great experience purchasing a dump trailer today at Norco Trailers. They explained the differences between trailers available which made it a lot easier to make a choice. Britany is the best. I wasn't sure who to go to while skipping for a trailer. I live in West LA but all the places around here and South bay had too many terrible reviews.
These guys had good reviews that mirrored my personal experience. I'm very much happy with my trailer. I mean, there's a few things I think could be better but that's more the manufacturer than the dealer.
They go the extra mile to take care of their customers. They took good care of me and answered my dozen questions clearly.

I was referred by a relative to check out Norco Trailers. We approached by a sweet lady by the name of Brittany. She was very polite, knowledgeable and personable. Norco Trailers , Brittney and her brother were fantastic. I had left a message on the phone when they were closed and sure enough the first thing the next morning I received a call back. In these times I have come to expected no responses or very slow call backs if at all. So many businesses don't even take the time or make the effort, but Brittney was on it. Quick efficient and so helpful, she really knows her business. I drove 3 hrs. in traffic and she had all of my information ready to go and was ready to get me going on my way home as soon as I got there on a busy Saturday. She answered

So, then you see this follow-up excuse-making Antonio does that earned them the coveted UN ESTRELLA in the first place. "COVID MADE ME DO IT." "COVID made me do it." He sounds like the sniveling snowflakes at every hotel and corporate chain that blame COVID for their mediocreness. We ran out of trailers so customers that are reasonable should never expect any clarification or recommendations. Bahaha.

Not sure if this is the place we rented. But if so it was overall a good experiance. They were friendly and had plenty of different sizes in the moving trucks. As well as, pick-up trucks and carpool/delivery van's. And if you need moving supplies or carts, hand-trucks in several different sizes also furniture ones with straps, and moving blankets. I would most definitely highly recommend this place for all your moving needs it the k they also offer storage units. All their rentals and equipment clean and new, like just off the dealers lot. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them

The salesman who helped me (Ben) was obviously well versed in the features of all the different trailers, their pros and cons, and could easily explain what types of trailers would most accurately fit my specific needs.
He patiently worked with me while i looked at probably 30 different trailers. I even asked him what trailers are the best deals currently and he showed me those.
Best part was he didn't try to steer me into anything. I got EXACTLY what i was looking for with no pressure or drama.

I've never purchased a trailer before, but had some pretty specific needs for my first one. I did most of the shopping via email with Arel. When I came to pick it up at the Norco office, Brittany helped me out.
I can't say enough nice things about these two. The company is family owned. They seem genuinely concerned about the customer. They were patient with my rookie pre-sale questions. When I picked up the trailer, Brittany smoked the paperwork then spent some time walking through the how-to of getting my new trailer hooked-up for safe towing.

Norco Trailers is a family-owned business and when you go in you will be treated like a valued customer. They not only know their business, but often put out blog posts on trailer safety and towing issues.
Their focus is on cargo trailers, car trailers, etc., so don't expect toy haulers and fifth wheels. These are working trailers!
